Spent $1500 on rug cleaning after the water damage caused by the hurricane and the rug came back looking as if it has not been touched... Absolutely no difference except for minus $1500 on my account. Even the old stain of me pouring a glass of lemonade did not come out. NO-THING. I still gave the rug to Hilliard rug cleaners since a lot of my neighbors succeeded with them and while they were more expensive they did take out the stains. Don't waist your time and money on Rugsies!

They made my oriental rug look like new again. Not only did they clean it but they replaced the fringes as well. They also cleaned my draperies in my home. From the first call until the completion of the job everyone was friendly and courteous.

This company is always available at the last minute, and does a great job. The prices are always fair, and they are always willing to go above and beyond. This is the only place in Miami that you should use for cleaning your rugs, and upholstery.

The guys from rugsies just left my house in key biscayne. They did a great job cleaning my hunter Douglas luminette drapes. They cleaned our air ducts as well as the carpet in our office room. And they also delivered an area rug that they picked up last week and we're able to completely remove the smell from our little dogs urine. Rugsies is really an amazing cleaners! I recommend them 100%.

I was skeptical that anyone could take out the years of stains in my favorite rug, but I read the reviews on both Yelp and Google and decided to take a chance with Shmuli, and boy am I glad I did. He made my 6 year old super stained CB2 rug look absolutely brand new again. Don't know how he did it, but I'm super happy with the results!

We have been using Rugsies sister company, Sudsies for years. Because of the quality and professionalism of Sudsies, we started using Rugsies for all our carpet, drapery and upholstery cleaning. To our amazement, they are as good as Sudsies! I feel like asking if we are really in Miami with this type of quality and service. I rarely, if ever, write reviews because but I am compelled to here because of the quality and customer service is so rare in these types of businesses. I would give both these companies 6 Stars if it were possible. Rugsies shows up on time, their team speaks English, they clearly articulate services, provide and their professional recommendations before the work even commences. Rugsies team is trustworthy and they do not try to bait and switch on pricing like a lot of other carpet/home cleaning services do. I will continue to use both companies with pleasure and extreme confidence. I hope the owners read these reviews because they should know how happy we are with their services.

Shmuli has come to our rescue several times. He has cleaned carpets in my home and several rental properties. Always a great job... fast and clean. He also did the common areas of a condominium in Miami Shores. I strongly recommend his services and his methodology.
