Clean, punctual and they offered me a good price for my whole house. No bad smells after the job was done.

Their team came in full gear and fogged my whole house two days ago. Not taking any chances as I work in the healthcare field. Worth every penny.

I spent 250$ + 44!$ tip (typically $300 but I was given a 20% discount because the first time I booked no one showed up and I was still charged) for a clean and deep clean of a 1 bed room and 1 bathroom apartment 1000 sqft.

They spent a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes here and cleaned. I gave an extra 40 for helping with tidying which wasn’t included in the price. They did a good job - they vacuumed and mopped the floors.

This is not a legitimate business; the website and 5 star reviews are a front for an amateur operation that can't manage appointments and likely doesn't even have employees or office space besides the two people on cell phones. Both times we tried to leverage their services, I booked a week ahead of time, and both times they texted on the day of after the arrival window to try to reschedule because they coudn't supply a cleaner. We gave them another chance after the first cleaning because it's so hard to find a compentent business in this city. I called and provided specific feedback/requests, agreed cost and requirements, scheduled, and was assured that we were good. Day of was texted 30 min into the scheduled arrival time. When I called, was told there was no record of the notes, agreement, etc. I've asked for my account, billing, and personal data to be deleted and they have not yet complied. Stay far away from these people regardless of how desperate you are to find a competent cleaning company.

Their service is very fast and high quality; I recommend it to everyone.

I was recommend Miami Elite Maids from one of my coworkers, they came in and pressure washed the entire exterior of my house for a great price and did an amazing job. The team even threw in some extra freebies I was super happy with them overall.

We hired them to service a luxury event during Art Basel. They came in to clean up after the private dinner was done and they were incredible. Efficient, kind, willing to support as needed. The private residence was spotless when they left.
