House Cleaning reviews in Miami Beach, Florida

NO SHOW! Incredibly awful! I ordered a move out deep clean and pre paid for 2 maids to show on Sunday night between 6 and 8 pm after my move out. My service was confirmed by email and text. On the night the maids were scheduled - after two exhausting days of moving - they no showed and did not call. Furthermore, there was no one at the phone number when I tried to find out what was happening and no one answered chat or email. They get your credit card information and then don't even give a number to help in these instances and no one even bothered to call. I cannot think of enough negative things to say about how upsetting it was to be stuck in an empty apartment with no cleaning supplies, because we already moved - for 3 hours waiting for someone to come. Unbelievable.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Rainbow Cleaning. They did a horrible job in post construction cleaning and the owner is a pure Anti-Semite. I called up the owner to come see the job that was done. He agreed a very bad job was done and aplogized, bringing workers to redo the job (very professional of him). However, after doing that, he requested that we pay him again for the job. We had a flat rate estimate which we paid, but he wanted us to pay extra for the company’s mistakes. We refused to pay extra for their horrible job and the owner insulted us of “nasty Jews”. This was unacceptable and a disgusting act of Anti-Semitism. The worst part was that the owner never apologized and kept denying his comment in front of an officer. I urge you not to hire this company which is run by an Anti-Semitic individual.

They cleaned places I didn’t know needed cleaning. Like the top of my fridge. Who does that? They do. And I’m grateful.

This is probably a case of amazing technology that the employees don't know how to use. The website is great. You can book, pay, cancel and reschedule online. However, the cleaning specialist never showed up. Even days later, no one called or emailed (or answered my email). I suspect whomever is supposed to arrange services for customers who book online is still learning the software.

We did have a few miscommunications with pet allergies and the cleaning crew but Andrew worked with me to rectify the situation. The move out clean that was done was great and everything in the apartment was spotless as if we had just moved in. I would definitely recommend this company as they are extremely responsive and will pretty much answer your call any time of day.

Terrible company. We agreed on a price for 2 maids 3 hours. They sent me a confirmation saying 1 maid 4 hours. I called them back to call them out on it, they told me their system doesn't allow them to send any other way (what kind of system is that..? ) I asked them for an email confirming our agreement, which they sent. They came 1 hour late and sent only one maid. It would have been bad enough at that point but it kept getting worse. The maid called them to tell them that I was upset that they sent only one person even though we agreed on two, they told her to say that because of the apartment condition (mind you the apartment was empty and was in the normal move out condition that we agreed on) it would be TRIPLE what we agreed...for only one maid!! It would be comical if it stopped there...It didn't. I obviously told them to cancel the service since they didn't provide what we agreed on in writing. They guy screamed that he's canceling everything and just hung up on me. The next day...Sure enough they fraudulently charged my credit card. Sorry for the long review but I don't want anyone to think this is a company you can trust. Please stay away! Good luck.

I used Irina for both my move out and move cleans. She is beyond fantastic! I have lived in Miami Beach for 6 years and have had a difficult time finding someone trust worthy, reliable and efficient. Irina is all of those + kind, sweet, fast and great company. I highly recommend her.

I was looking for a cleaning service and when I called Rainbow I thought I found exactly what I was looking for. Very professional phone visit. I was very impressed and they appeared to be very professional. Two days and one day before my appointed schedule I received my
appointment notification (I thought wow how professional) with the window time of my appointment.
After that it was all downhill. They gave me a two hour window time, which I understand with traffic in South Florida. They never showed and I never received a phone call. So I decided to call them. They didn’t answer so I left a message and decided to write this review..Unfortunately, I can’t comment on their cleaning since they were never here. I wasted an entire day and will never try to use this service again.
