My experience was nothing short of amazing. The cleaner was warm, attentive, and made sure every corner of my home was spotless. It felt like having a friend over who genuinely wanted to help.

I booked a house disinfection service after an illness in the family. The team arrived quickly and treated every area with care. I now feel safe and protected in my own home again.

I’ve used a few cleaning services before, but this one is the best by far. Consistent, detailed, and professional.

This cleaning service was a major disappointment. It took six hours to clean a one-bedroom apartment — and that’s just the beginning.

I basically had to do the laundry myself because the maid “didn’t get it.” She also took multiple smoke breaks, dragging out the job and showing little sense of professionalism.

Adding insult to injury, after she finally left, I discovered that the pastries I had saved for dinner had been eaten — probably during one of those smoke breaks.

Then, as if that weren’t enough, the company tried to charge me more despite how long it took. I was relieved to send the maid off, only for her to toss her final cigarette and ask for a tip.

Needless to say, I won’t be calling them again — and I still have laundry to finish.

They brought all their own gear which made my move way easier; fast, efficient, no complaints.

Booked a cleaning service with the company with arrival time scheduled from 3-5pm. They call at 5:30 saying they’re running an hour behind. At 6:30 they say they are unable to access the residence even though they confirmed with me that the door was unlocked and said everything was okay. Then at 7:30 they reach out again and said they sent the cleaners home. Then start calling apologizing saying that the real reason they didn’t do the service (so they lied??) was because my residence was already “too clean” ??? What? Since they have been harassing me with calls and texts trying to give me more reasons as to why they made a simple service so complicated. Please don’t book with this company if you’d actually like the service done.
