Reviews of local pros in Miami Beach, Florida

What a horrible service, they left our floor with stains. We requested a refund; he want us to give us 50 dlls back of a 450 service. Our cleaning help will cost us at least $100. We have been wiping each tile by hand after the house dried out and we realized they left product behind.
They want to send the same guy, we refuse due to the logistics and not happy with the service.
Don’t use them, I wouldn’t not recommend them.

Dr. Steemer is great! Avi was very prompt, professional and thorough. He was able to clean my 40 year old grout very well, and made my carpet look brand new. They were very flexible when I needed to reschedule. I recommend Dr. Steemer.

I highly recommend this company as they are the best of the best. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and know what they’re doing. They cleaned my tile and grout in less than 4 hours and did the entire house.

I was totally pleased with the professional job that was done today at our condo building. The workers were professional and our carpets look brighter and clean. I highly recommend this company.

Incredible service and quick to come
To my house and fix my clogged vent in dryer, I had used someone prior who showed up and “said” they did the work but these guys actually did the work and you can now feel the difference! Thank you 🙏

I recently hired Dr. Steemer Carpet & Upholstery for a property that I am renting. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The carpet looks fantastic. From the moment I contacted them the service was excellent. They were quick to respond and they worked with me to schedule the cleaning.

Overall I highly recommend Steemer Carpet & Upholstery for anyone looking to refresh their carpet. You will get excellent service and excellent results!!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Dr. Steemer Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. My sofas look brand new! Lior, the initial person who contacted me, was very persistent yet professional, offering a no-charge visit to inspect the sofas and provide an estimate. He worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated. Within 30 minutes, he sent a staff member, an experienced older gentleman, who was punctual and took the time to explain the entire process, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality are truly impressive. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service, I highly recommend Dr. Steemer!

The company sent me a gentleman over to take care of my marble floors and I was just so amazed on how everything turned out. My marble floors in the bathroom shined as if it were glass.
He was very, very professional at what he was doing and even went a step further and shined up the marble floors at the entrance of my house at no extra charge. This marble hasn’t been serviced in 20 years and it looked dull and ugly. Thanks to David it actually finished up looking better than new.
Thank you David for a job very well done. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome of your service. Your a good man.

Leo was very helpful from beginning to end. His cleaning techs do an outstanding job. I will most definitely be using them again for suture projects. I highly recommend their services. Payment was quick and easy too! 10/10.

Excellent work and very quick. I had two carpeted bedroom to clean. Arrived promptly and finished work in less than an hour!! Carpets look great. Also Dr Steemer provided a COI to my building management. I will use again in 6 months. Thanks again!!

On August 5, 2025, we used Dr. Steemer for the first time, for a commercial service at one of our stores, and I’m very satisfied with the service. I reached out last minute —calling the day before, trying to find a company that helped me with a quote and same-day service—and they saved me and handled everything smoothly. Adolfo, the technician, was friendly and did an excellent job. They had a good equipment, they were punctual, and followed all instructions. Payment was simple, and the pricing fit well within our budget. Highly recommend them!
