Very professional general contractor with great workmanship. They managed the entire renovation efficiently, coordinated all tasks smoothly, and kept me informed at every step. The project was completed on time with high-quality finishing. I am very pleased with the results and would hire them again.

Very nice job!

Great experience with Gc development that we had. Very experienced team and Martin, GC is very experienced and his building experience was without question!!!

They were professional and timely on all the work that they did for me. I strongly recommend them, if you’re looking for a company that will do a great job!

Excellent Contractor! They were efficient, expedient, professional and most importantly honest. I will surely use them again and recommend them for any home improvement project and construction.

GC Development is a highly respected contractor in the South Florida market. They pay attention to critical details that most other GCs in the market miss. When it comes to solid work, consistent timelines and creative solutions, GC Development is at the top of the market.

GC Development saved my project !!
Their team came in on an overdue and over budget project. Fixed the problems and got my project back on track. I can not thank them enough for their upfront and honest approach. Truly a breath of much needed fresh air in the nick of time.! Could not recommend a better building team than GC Development!
Thanks again guys!!

I'm an Electrical contractor and I've been doing work for GC Development for at least 10 years. The work they do is amazing, good quality and always on time. We've done retail stores, restaurants, custom homes etc..
I highly recommend them for any construction needs

I'm excited to share my exceptional experience with GC Development, led by the talented contractor Martin Del Barrio. Their remarkable work on my high-end home in Miami surpassed all expectations. The meticulous attention to detail, coupled with Martin's expertise, ensured a seamless and top-quality construction process. I wholeheartedly recommend GC Development for anyone seeking unparalleled craftsmanship and professionalism in their projects.👍👍👍

We run a private elite hotel business in South Florida and came across GCDEVELOPMENT several years ago after going through a total nightmare with other construction companies. Every private resort is being designed and developed now by Martin, we couldn’t find a better expert with the ability to deliver a matching detailed work, nobody comes even close to his quality, expertise in construction, transparency….the final product will blow anyone’s mind. Due to GCDEVELOPMENT we became number one in the private resort industry and wiped off our competitors. You get what you pay for, if you are in the game to get a Ferrary, don’t expect to pay the price for a Honda.

I have been working with GC Development on a handful of different projects in Florida and 1 in New York. The project in New York was to redesign a 18000 ft² building store front entryway and all common areas. This building has five different businesses Is varying from restaurants, nightclubs, storage units, and store fronts. The professionalism and quality of work Perform Exceeded My expectations.
Last year in Fort Lauderdale, I had this company completely renovate a store front inside and out . Currently, they are renovating 2 waterfront properties that were damaged on the west coast for me during the hurricane. Again I highly recommend this company for any job bigorsmall.
Martin and his staff were always kind Courteous and did what they said they were going to do Which in today is world means something.

The team was really skilled and knowledgeable. From start to finish they paid attention to every detail and were responsive and friendly to every question I had.

The team at M&N surpassed all my expectations. Professional, efficient, and the final results exceeded our vision. I’d recommend them for any project.

If you're looking for a Contractor who truly cares about their work and client satisfaction, I highly recommend M&N Construction Enterprise Inc. Whether it was design suggestions, quality craftsmanship, or staying within budget, they handled everything successfully from beginning to end.
We’ll definitely be using them again for future renovation, remodeling and new construction projects!
