Constraction reviews in Miami Gardens, Florida

Michael Johnson used a used wood to frame my concrete. He couldn't lay my foundation straight. My walls are bulging and not straight. My truss on my second floor couldn't sit on the wall like it is supposed to. We had get an engineer to come up with a repair plan, which cost me time and money. My stucco guy needs to fix it. They say it is about 7 inches curving in. He never cleaned up my yard after demolition so my yard looked like a rocket bombed my house. Alll three side of the foundation was not straight and the blocks were coming outside of the foundtaiton. If he can't lay a straight foundation, I don't know what he can do right.

The CEO of this company is a wonderful contractor who takes the time to explain the services his company provides as well as works with you with various payment options. Exo Construction does high quality work which speaks for itself. I'm satisfied with the project that they completed.

Ecopace Group is as professional as it gets! From the moment they started, I knew I was in good hands. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they worked at a steady pace to get everything done on time. With financing options available, the whole process was smooth and easy. Service was excellent. This company came in an completed required permit work in order the sell the property in Miami Gardens. They had knowledge of the process and was transparent from beginning to end. I definitely recommend them.

Michael was a fantastic partner. Helping with the permits, surveys, build and to end the process. Quality of work was excellent with our two house sidewalks, aprons and ADA ramps . Michael did great work in spite of a dysfunctional city of Miami permitting process.

My husband and I sold our home in Miami Gardens a couple of months ago. Prior to the closing, the City informed us we needed to replace two dirt driveway approaches with cement filled approaches that extended pass the sidewalk to the road; which required pulling Permits.
Mr. Mike Johnson and his team at Exo Construction came to our rescue. He was able to get the job done Prior to our Closing deadline. I highly recommend this Company to everyone. He exceeded our expectations and I want to Thank Mr. Johnson again for his service

I recently hired Exo Construction (General Contractor) to replace a new section of my concrete driveway, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, their communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and professional. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure all my questions were answered.

The finished work speaks for itself. The concrete was poured evenly with smooth, clean edges and a flawless finish that seamlessly blends into the existing driveway. My son called this company 15 minutes before closing time and the gentlemen provided the service the same day. He exceeded my expectations and I will use this company in the future.

This dude was professional from start to finish, he explained everything thoroughly and I got my report back the next day. I will recommend this brother to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Inspector was very knowledgeable and covered all the necessary areas. I received my report the next day. I'm definitely using this company for all of my inspections.

I used Milepro Home Inspections, because I needed a wind midigation and 4 point inspection for insurance purposes on my property. He and his team did a great job. They were on time, professional, and pointed out things that my property may need in the future. They checked all attics, roofs, electrical panels and had great pictures of the property. He did the report in a timely manner and it was easy to access it. The price was reasonable considering I had a triplex unit that has 3 units. I definitely recommend him in his team you won't be disappointed.

I recently used Milepro Home Inspections for a home inspection before purchasing my first house, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The inspector named Antonio arrived on time, was incredibly thorough, and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. They checked every detail — from the roof to the foundation — and pointed out both major concerns and small maintenance tips that I would have never noticed on my own.

The report was delivered the same day and included clear photos and descriptions of the findings. Thanks to their inspection, I was able to negotiate some needed repairs with the seller, which saved me money and stress.

I highly recommend Milepro Home Inspections to anyone buying or selling a home. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly looking out for your best interest!
