I want to share my experience with this company. Over the phone, they quoted me $99 to clean the carpet. However, when the technician arrived, the price magically increased to $299. He assured me that for this price, they would remove the odor from the bedroom, and if not, they would come back for free.

The next day, the smell was still there. The technician returned and said he needed to use special chemicals, which would cost an additional $250. He guaranteed 100% results this time and promised to return for free if the smell remained.

Of course, two days later, the odor was still there—and they never came back. Every time I called, there was an excuse: a car accident, a delay, or something else. Eventually, they promised to refund the $250, but that never happened either.

Think twice before using this company. Very unprofessional, poor follow-through, and no accountability. Save your money and your nerves—hire someone else.

Needed to have my white couch cleaned after moving and our dog. King Steam came out next day and made it look way better than expected. Will definitely use them again

Great Service! I have four cats and haven’t had my couch cleaned in about 5 years and it looks brand new. Setting up a day/time for them to come to my house was quick and easy. Communication was clear and the person who came out was polite and gave details about what was going to be done so I get confident in my choice to hire King Steam.

This is a terrible company and avoid working with them.

I contacted them asking the need for tile cleaning. They gave me the price for both clean and seal.

They gave it to some sub contractor who came to my place and refused to do sealing.

Then I sent the below message to the company who I originally dealt with:

Hello Simon,

The cleaner came, he said that he was told to clean somewhere smaller. While he was cleaning it was so unprofessional. He kept going outside and coming back inside with his shoes. He kept the floor wet and stepped with his shoes. It left a big messy dirt on the floor.

The price i asked for you was including the sealing and he refused to do it for that much. So $700 inc sealing was how much we agreed as that's how much others on thumbtack also quoted me.

I had some paint stains on the floor and he said he will come and clean. He never did.

When i pointed him out the wet floors with dirt. He said "oh it's just a dirt, you need to clean it"

I couldn't believe what I heard. I got a tile cleaning service and tiles were dirtier than what I found before.

After I got your service there was 0 improvement on tile cleanliness.

I even found spots and asked him to clean again. He said he did, when in fact they were still dirty. I could literally grab a piece of napkin and wipe it and it'd be cleaner.

I have videos and photos of proof that how bad of a job it was.

Also he charged me on Zelle when apparently your company also accepts credit card. He didn't even allow me to pay with that.
I also haven't received any invoice for the service.

This is what I sent him and he says i dealt with another guy and it's not his company that cleaned. So I should contact them not him. He is the one who sub contracts gets money and hides behind that.

SCAMMERS! Beware! This company farmed out my job to another company “Smart Brite Cleaning Services” after having my rug for over 2 weeks it was returned damanged and still the stains still there! I paid $200 for my 10 x 14 rug to come back in worse condition than before. The rug is only 1.5 years old (have receipts to prove it). They have told me they would come back to clean it again, and haven’t showed up or communicated with us. Ruined our rug and took $200, would leave zero stars if I could.
