We had finally gotten the technician Jose Mesa come to our apartment this afternoon to install our brand new AC unit. His service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of the work that he was doing and was able to answer all of our questions regarding our new AC unit in our apartment. Overall we are very satisfied with the work that Ariel Estevez and Jose Mesa did. Now we have a brand new AC unit that is working 100% !!

There are hundreds of air conditioning companies out there offering quality and professional services, but very few deliver.

Putting it in writing isn’t enough. Record everything they do.

They showed up to replace a compressor and handle part of the installation. They advertise services like acid washes and filter cleaning or replacement as part of what they offer.

Here’s the reality: their own mechanic openly admitted he doesn’t know how to perform an acid wash. He said he’d “talk to his boss” about it, walked off the job, and never returned. When we demanded a partial refund for the services they failed to provide, they outright lied and claimed the work had been completed.

That level of incompetence and dishonesty speaks for itself. What comes back around, comes back around.

However, their mechanic explicitly told us he does not know how to perform an acid wash and said he would speak with his supervisor about next steps. He then left and never returned. When we later requested a partial refund for the services that were not completed, they falsely claimed the service had been performed.

Ariel Estévez is a good professional and patient with the customer because he explained to me in detail about the option that I have to change my AC unit.
If you are thinking in change your AC unit, he is definitely a good choice.
