I called Temp Engineering yesterday to schedule my complementary maintenance on a A/C unit I purchased March 2022 ! I called And was completely surprised, the women who answered the phone was not a call center in Asia, she spoke english, and was knowledgeable on the product ! She arranged an appointment, for the very next day ! ( SHOCKING ) I called this morning, to find out an approximant time the service man will arrive , and please have him call me , with an updated time of arrival ( as I can advise the security at my building ) The service man called and arrived at the time he mentioned ! The service man, provided the maintenance, in a clean and orderly manner ! And explained to me what, and how the service he was to preform ! ! And I didn't have to clean up, after he was done ! I was completely satisfied.

Temp Engineering replied to my repair request almost immediately. They spent time contacting my HOA to submit the necessary paperwork so we could have an appointment the next day. While Temp Engineering was talking to my HOA, they found out that my HOA actually can do the repair themselves. I was in absolute shock when Temp Engineering contacted me to tell me that my HOA can do the repair and I won’t need to pay for the service. This kind of honesty is impecable. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to use Temo Engineering but the next time I need an AC help I will immediately contact them. Thank you so much for all your help Sarai!

I will be recommending Temp Engineering to anyone that need repairs, maintenance or installs. They were professional and patient when addressing questions or concerns. When considering an AC installer, their attention to me as a customer was far above others. Please give them a shot.

I called for a last-minute emergency and they arrived first thing in the morning which I greatly appreciated. I cannot yet give feedback on the long-term outcome because I’m providing this review just after he left but I can share that he was courteous professional and stayed a long time to figure out what the problem was. The gentlemen that came were very professional, courteous and experienced. They kept their masks on when inside. They were neat cleaning up as they worked. When asked a question he took the time to explain. They ensured the A/C was functioning properly before they left. I highly recommend this company should you need a replacement A/C or just repair.

Josh was very helpful every step of the way from design to install. He stopped by throughout the job to make sure thing’s were on schedule, and went above and beyond with work required. She contacted me to confirm the time. She I so probably back to respond to a question I had asked in the beginning. I thought that she went above and beyond the call of duty. Once again, I’m very happy with Temp Engineering cooling. My split AC was having issues blowing enough wind to cool my house down, and they were meticulously examining the issue until it was determined (with evidence) that the rotor was incredibly dirty, clogging the flow of air. They did a great job of getting me back to good as new at a VERY FAIR price!

For example, I called the general number but hung up deciding to send an email instead; within a few minutes I got a callback. This is huge for me….Customer Service!! What can I say, it's hard to find reliable service companies in South Florida but Temp Engineering breaks that mold. From the very first call they have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. You can set a clock to their punctuality. They said they would arrive at 8AM and they were on time. The have installed two systems and a smart thermostat in my house and I have never had a problem.

The servicemen are informative and professional. The owner Josh tells you everything they are going to do. Sends you a written quote with no surprises.

This is good old up north service with a smile. Very very rare to find that here is South Florida.

I've used several fly by night AC companies in the past but i have finally found my AC company for life.

TEMP ENGINEERING and the owner Josh do NOT return phone calls
They did two jobs for two different businesses of mine.
Neither one was done properly and one of them has a building code violation from the City of Delray that they have not resolved in over 1 year.
we are now getting fined and being taken to court by Delray Beach Building Department. i am happy to show all the correspondence with temp engineering concerning these 2 poorly done jobs.

Temp Engineering was great! Very prompt in my service. I needed a new Air Conditioning system installed and within 1 day my new system was ordered and installed in less time than I imagined. The installer was also very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to do basic maintenance on my unit to increase its lifespan. If I could I would give them 6 stars based on their service, responsiveness and professionalism!

Joshua and Temp Engineering is the best AC company I have ever dealt with in my life and I’ve used over a dozen in my life time, extremely detailed itemized straight up proposal with all the included services, parts, equipment. He was extremely attentive answered all my questions, updated the proposal a couple times, quick feedback, great attitude. I picked a unit, even with the shortage he gave me updates during the weekend because we needed an emergency replacement, his team came they worked tirelessly, updated me every step of the way, they worked clean, and did the job 110%, they stayed and insulated everything air tight until I was completely happy with everything, very respectful, very friendly staff. Through out the process I had to talk to Joshua because despite getting a brand new unit I needed his advice on how to make our old ducting work better, he patiently answered all my questions, sent someone to follow up the next day, we ran through options. I’ve dealt with companies before who tried to do stuff to drive the price, temp engineering is not like that at all, by far the most honest air conditioning company I’ve ever seen, and I’m going to recommend them to everyone I know, if I could give 6 stars I would. They are insured, they do everything to code, they do everything with permits. All in all great!

After dealing with a number of contractors over the years, it is SO nice to be dealing with one that not only is professional but is HOENST! My last unit didn't even last me a full 8 years and I'm still bitter at the old company I went through. These guys were amazing and extremely knowledgeable that I trusted to get me the unit I needed and installed properly. The positive communication is a bonus and is greatly appreciated!
