These people deserve the 5 star ratings they’re getting. Had difficulty finding any Miami AC firm to replace the tower water cooled unit in my Brickell Avenue condo. AZ came to the property, and tested the water shut off valve to ensure there was no risk. They also found a subcontractor to handle the condo hallway ceiling grid tear down and put back. Before the replacement, AC was barely working. After, it was ice cold throughout the 1,000 square foot unit if that is what you wanted. They worked super well with the condo association to get permits and insurance. Laura O provided excellent communication throughout. Best AC firm in South Florida I am sure.

I have been dealing with no A/c for 6 days and have called other companies to come and fix my problem. When I called air zone they came within an hour to diagnose the problem and resolve the problem. Thank you so much to air zone and more importantly Jahanguir the A/C technician! I can’t thank them enough.
