I recently used this AC repair service and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, they were very prompt—came out the same day to inspect the unit and quickly identified the issue. They ordered the part and returned the very next day to complete the repair, which I really appreciated. (Technician had to come back and fix a problem with initial installation a day later).

However, I was disappointed with the pricing. The total cost felt high around $1600 for a motor blower and when I asked for an itemized bill to see the breakdown between parts and labor, the technician refused to provide it. Transparency is important, especially when costs are significant.

Overall, the lack of clear pricing makes it hard for me to fully recommend them.

They installed three Google nest, after our prior HVAC contractor was unable to do so. Our technician was fantastic, and when we realized I didn’t have the necessary, battery batteries, he went down to his truck and found them.

The process of changing out 2 central a/c units was daunting. Air Zone was great at explaining options & why it made sense to change both units rather than fix. They offered an option to pay over time too . Their team arrived on time- with all the equipment & worked nonstop all day till everything was completed to my satisfaction.
