I recently had a Carrier AC system installed by Air Solutions and Repairs LLC and the experience was top-notch. The team, especially technician Luis A Castro, was professional and efficient. Their financing options were a great help and made the process smooth. It's been a few months now and the AC is running perfectly. Highly recommend them for reliable and quality service!

Danny arrived on time and completed the work. Initially it was thought to be the engine which would’ve been significantly more expensive. He took the time to diagnose it carefully and discovered that it was actually a minor problem. He fixed it and once again I am a very happy customer. This is why I would never use anyone but Air Solutions for my AC Issues.

The company requested 60% down payment for AC replacement in my Boca Raton Condo. Paid on time, they completed the duct work and now the project is ready to be compleated. But, they don't want to complete the job. I was told to search for someone else to complete the job. They got 60% of the job cost and only did tge permit and the duct work, no equipments at all. This is a big lost for me, I will fill a claim over their license

The company however is a different story for some reason they have a hard time giving an cost ofthings you are going to require...they needed a crane to put unit on the roof seeing I live in a condo, I agreed. After agreeing I'm told it will cost more because they needed a bigger crane.

After the job was completed they technician was given payment in full to bring back to office, which he did.
To my surprise I was sent a letter threatening to put a lean on my property. When I finally received an answer the following Monday, why I was being presented with the possibility of a lean, I was informed that any sale over $5000 could be fraudulent so they do this to protect themselves until they can verify the funds. It would have been to nice to know that was policy when I agreed to the install.

It’s the first time I use their services and they didn’t disappoint! They have great customer service and I was able to book the maintenance service for the next day. Yoelsy, the technician, did a great job, he is very polite and professional. I definitely recommend this company!

Extremely disappointed with this company. My A/C unit is still under warranty, yet they’re trying to charge me a diagnostic fee — which makes absolutely no sense. A warranty should cover diagnosing problems, especially this soon after installation.

To make matters worse, when they installed the unit, they blocked access to an FPL (Florida Power & Light) box and never mentioned it. Now FPL can’t reach it, and I’m left to deal with the consequences of their careless installation.

Customer service has been frustrating, especially the manager who answers calls at night — unhelpful and dismissive. I expected a lot more professionalism and accountability from a company handling something as essential as air conditioning in Florida.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I needed a new AC for the second floor. My priority was the lowest noise level together with efficiency. I was in between the Carrier Infinity 26 versus Lennox SL25KCV. After discussing it with Wilber, he recommended to go for the Lennox. They gave me a price comparable with other quotes that I got. I tristed them and it was right on the spot. The system is so quiet and cools amazingly. The thermostat is so advanced and yet easy to use. But it doesn’t end there. The installation was the best part. Yoan was so thorough and paid attention to every detail. I am impressed. Up to now I am very happy with the AC, the company and the service.

My furnace would make a loud bang every time it turned on, which was really startling. Gavin performed a furnace cleaning and found that the burners were slightly misaligned and dusty. He cleaned everything and adjusted the ignition so it starts up smoothly and quietly now. He also performed an air duct cleaning to remove any dust that might have been contributing to the smell. The house is quiet and warm now, and I’m very happy with the service. He was a very professional and knowledgeable technician who knew exactly what to do.
