I’m very happy I found Air Solutions and Repair for the purchase and installation of my new AC. From the first call I made, they were very responsive and attentive. Their technician, Dilan, came over the next day to provide me with an estimate. He answered all my questions and took his time explaining the different brands, prices, and needs for the size of my condo. He’s very knowledgeable and gave me some good recommendations, but never tried to oversell me anything that was unnecessary. However, I will be reaching out to Air Solutions and Repair in the future when in need of any HVAC services. Thank you Dilan, as well as the technicians for making this all as seamless as possible. 5 stars all around and highly recommended if you want a job well done, excellent service and prices that will be tough be beat.

It's disheartening to write this review despite their punctuality, unlike other companies who visited my apartment. They sent a technician on March 3 to assess the work needed and promised an estimate within a few days. However, it's been nearly a month with multiple calls, each time being assured the estimate would be sent over, yet I'm still waiting. Despite their positive reviews, their lack of follow-up is disappointing.

This is a follow-up to my review above. After posting it, I received a call from Dilan, a new sales representative at Air Solution and Repair, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism. My initial concern was not receiving an estimate, which we discovered was due to an email address error. Despite this oversight, Dillon's prompt action and dedication to resolving the issue left me reassured and satisfied. I appreciate his personalized attention and proactive approach in rectifying the situation promptly. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Dillon's exceptional customer service. I've informed him that I'll review the estimate upon receipt and will get back to him. Additionally, he kindly offered a discount for the error. Thank you, Dilan, for turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one.

Air solutions installed a new Carrier Infinity a year, the team was very savvy and professional. I hired them for annual services, Recently Technician Yoan E. showed up on time, very professional, check all system in detail in and out. At 930 today June 13th at a public storage, two of these really polite employees offered some help to me as I was struggling to get my motorcycle into my truck (bad shoulder)

Great experience with Air Solution & Repair. I called them on 8/15 Friday to report an issue with my AC that had been previously installed with a different company. They had a technician, Yoan, at my home by 7 PM the same day. Yoan was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the problem, it was an issue with the Evaporator coil. He provided a temporary fix to keep things running until the Evaporator coil replacement could be made.
The part was still under manufacture warranty, and within just three days, Yoan returned with the new Evaporator coil and completed the repair. Since then, my system has been running like new. The whole process was fast, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend Air Solution & Repair for their responsiveness, expertise, and excellent service!

He told me I needed to replace both units.
Once the building tower issue was corrected the units worked. You tell me how he did. Trying to sell me new units I didn’t need. Don’t bother to solicit me in the future.

I called on a Friday at 1030pm and they actually picked up the phone… they were very professional and took the time to listen to my situation. They scheduled me for the next available appt which was very soon and even offered 24/7 service in case it was an emergency.

Pedro the technician was on time and very courteous. He solved my main issue quickly and then went above and beyond by also reinstalling my thermostat so it wouldn’t slide on the wall. Great overall experience.
