Truth be told, this Company is a clear stand out. They service my wine room chiller unit and they are phenomenon, very prompt, and priced very fair.

We have used Air Zone twice now, once for duct cleaning and once to replace our AC. The office staff, especially Lina, are friendly and scheduling is easy and quick. The technicians who installed our new AC, Jahanguir and Leonardo, arrived on time and cleaned up everything when they were finished. We appreciated their professionalism.

They were so professional, clean and thorough. I will use for all my AC needs! They replaced my grills and they look wonderful!

We contacted AirZone mechanical for help with our 5 AC Units that needed maintenance, they helped install blue uv lights, and helped repair a side unit we use as well for wine cellar.

Kayen was the one the helped us the most, he was very professional throughout the process.

Didn't disclose that they are charging a fee to determine the ac failure cause on site. Neither by phone when scheduling the appointment nor via email with the email confirmation. Definitely misleading. The technician who came to site seemed knowledgeable and the staff generally speaking appears friendly and professional so I give them credit for that. A part which costs $200 online will cost you min. 3x more if you purchase it through Air Zone Mechanical but long story short - I would call them again but make sure you understand the issue of your AC. Don't just agree to everything. Have them explain the problem to you, ask the right questions and make an educated decision.
