Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

“I had a mold inspection done by Antonio, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the results. I highly recommend this company and especially Antonio for anyone in need of a reliable mold inspection.”

Luis was thorough, knowledgeable and more helpful than any other inspector that has been to my home. He made the experience a positive one and educated me in what a good inspection was, opposed to just an adequate inspection. I would definitely use this company again if Luis was the inspector.

The team that came by did a great job. Inspection was scheduled and completed in a few days. The remediation was taken care of and we received photos and a detailed report all within a few days.

Thank you Antonio and the team.

Jorge and his team were great to check out our problem. They came same day, were very professional and able to diagnose the problem quickly

I highly recommend Miami Mold Specialist. They came out to do an inspection within 24 hours of my initial call. Their team is professional, trustworthy, and kind. They were right on time, and have done an impeccable job. They talked me through everything in detail and their thorough work ensured my home is free of mold and is protected from now on to prevent this from happening again. Miami Mold Specialist is the real deal!

The team came over to our house to tackle a mold remediation. They did a very nice and effective job over a 7 hour period and removed all traces of mold in the entire house. We can wholeheartedly recommend this company to you for your mold or water cleanup needs

If you need a company to do a mold inspection. They are great from making the appointment to the actual inspection. The team was on time they did a thorough inspection and explained everything. Very professional!

The initial inspection was outstanding — we received a full, detailed report explaining everything that was wrong with the house. In contrast, the original inspector sent by Century (under our warranty) didn’t find any issues at all. Miami Mold Specialist identified and documented all the problems thoroughly. I highly recommend Group 2!

Jorge and his team were very professional and took care of my problem in a few hours. Very happy with the service provided 👍

Antonio and his Team (team 4) handled our mold detection and remediation in under two weeks from my initial phone call. The team was extremely professional providing photographs and details regarding the problem and documented the full before and after process of the work verifying that I indeed did have a mold problem and that problem has been rectified to my satisfaction. I’ll be using them for yearly maintenance now that our deep cleaning is done. Cannot recc them more highly.

Luigi and his team are amazing! They are timely, professional, and extremely courteous. I highly recommend them.

Great immediate service. A team of professionals showed up with proper equipment for assessment. I’ve had bad experiences with mold remediation companies in the past being absolute scammers. This company is the real deal. Outstanding reporting.

Luis and his crew did an incredible job assisting us today. Great efforts done to enter the Art Square apt complex. First and hopefully last city inspectors that managed to gain approval. Thank you Luis and his crew

Simply WOW. Team 2 was like a well oiled machine. Reached out to them due to their other reviews and got a mold inspection set up and 2 days later team two showed up with 4 guys and they were extremely thorough/meticulous. They had an inspection report for me by the end of the day and returned 2 days later to remediate the mold I had in the HVAC system and crawl space. A day later I had over 215 pictures and videos of what was done. Their etiquette was top tier. Plastic covers on EVERYTHING and floor protectors throughout. George took the time to explain to me the process at every stage. The cleanup was as if they were never there. Amazing communication with Daniela and the team. I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful service and experience. Highly recommend.

Jorge and his team #2 has been outstanding in response to my call. They were diligent and very knowledgeable. I would 100% work with this company again.
