Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

We hired this company to clean our fitness studio in Doral and we loved their job. They are very professional, and helpful.
They cleaned every corner of our business. They literally moved all the machines and the weights to removed all the dust accumulated in those little areas that sometimes it’s so difficult to notice.
The most important part is that our clients were so happy with everything they did to make our business looked clean and fresh.
I can recommend them 100%, good prices and professional service!

Hired Geco Cleaning for a post construction cleaning in a Multi Family development. They arrived on time for their quote appointment and the crew that performed the work was well mannered and equipped. Their cleaning was very thorough, they went as far as cleaning any residue from paint and caulking. Hard to find a company with this quality in Florida. 5/5 stars. Thanks for the great work!

I recently hired Geco Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my home, including my carpeted floors, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, courteous, and thorough. They paid attention to every detail, leaving no corner untouched.

The deep cleaning was exceptional – my home feels fresh, spotless, and truly renewed. The carpets, which had seen better days, look and smell amazing now, like they’re brand new!

Excelente compañía de restauración

had a bunch of old furniture and ruined stuff in the garage after that big leak and servpro cleared it all out for me. way easier than doing it myself and they were really quick about it too. place finally looks normal again

best company ever good services i cant complain they been doing our properties for years and the cleaning is super good. cant complain i am glad they are here in Miami.

Horrible experience! Do not hire this company!! They caused more damage and mold to my home, they do not stand behind their product. There workers do not speak English, they do not follow directions, they do not know what they are doing. They cut wires and tried to hide it. There is a lack of supervision and they will say anything to get you to hire them but you will regret it!

Excellent work an awesome customer service. They are so professional. Always communicate of what are they doing and suggesting better options. Thanks so much. Also, they came within so short notice that I really appreciate all they did

Servpro of Brickell recently completed a large loss for us. It was water damage. The crew was on time, courteous and got the job done in record time! Great job Servpro of Brickell Crew!

Awesome service. When ever I call with a request Servpro is on here to complete the job. Patrick is always very thoughtful of how they can assist with our needs. Great service always!

Servpro took care of the AC duct cleaning in a very profesional way. I highly recommend the entire team and a special shout-out to Monica for being so attentive and responsive .

Grateful to Servpro for their excellent service and above all to Monica and her team for achieving excellent communication and response at all times. I would definitely use them again.

The Servpro team Eloisa Diaz, Freddy Martinez and Jose Jimenez were great! They mitigated the drywall damage after water pipes burst in our attic as a result of a devastating winter storm. They were very professional, tidy, kind, and courteous. More importantly, we found them to be very informative and knowledge as well. They got to work immediately, examined the damage, explained what needed to be done and took care of it. We are very grateful to them!

Joey from Servpro was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything turned out as planned. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Thank you Joey

It was a real pleasure working with Ismel and his production team again. They provided excellent quality service, and were diligent and reliable in carrying out the work. They were also considerate of our specific needs and worked in a timely and efficient manner, which was very much appreciated given the time constraints. We do not have enough good things to say about Ismel and his team, and recommend them without reservation. Thank you!

We contacted ServPro for emergency cleaning and sanitizing of our office suites late in the day. Alex was amazing! Within minutes, we had confirmation that their crew would arrive at 9 a.m. the next morning. They did a thorough job and the crew was professional and detailed. Would highly recommend!! Thanks, Alex!

Guerby’s calm demeanor and ability to defuse complex situations involving a post hurricane condo association with high tensions proved paramount. He was always readily available to speak and explain the process and remediation. He displayed exquisite managerial skills over his team to perform the job in an environment with limited space and for elderly clients, leading them through every step of the way.  Although no one wants to deal with remediation, if you ever find yourself in need of this service, I highly recommend Guerby and his team to provide quality service, communication and workmanship throughout the process. Greg Szewczyk - Smith and Associates Real Estate
