I am still trying to find the words to describe Santiago and the Instacure team!
I live out of state and finding out that my rental home in Florida required mold remediation that would cost me over $15K out of pocket to repair was such a stressful situation. I was dealing with other companies to schedule them and coordinate with my tenants to get out there to do their inspections and then chasing them to figure out a plan. And then stressing more over the inconsistent cost estimates I was receiving 😫. From the day I found and called Instacure, Santiago (the owner) answered the phone directly, and was out at the property within an hour. He talked myself and my tenants through all the problem areas, explained different options to approach the mitigation and repair and put together a plan for the whole remediation. His estimate was extremely fair. He went out to the home several times to clarify any questions from my tenants and made sure they were comfortable with the whole process. Santiago was very accommodating with his schedule. He communicated daily from start to finish. His team was professional, respectful of the property and provided appropriate furniture and floor protection. I 100% recommend this company to anyone who is going through this stressful process.

Instacure came out right away and not only were they prompt and professional but they were very knowledgeable and honest. Santiago and his crew did an amazing job on my daughter's room after we notice that water was coming in somewhere and mold had already started. They were genuinely concerned with her health. Instacure was able to locate the leak and repair it in the same week. Once finished with the job, they ensure that you are completely satisfied with the work. Keep up the good work!

When I first went to Home Advisor to find someone to fix the water leak we had that lead to mold in the house I came across a few numbers and Santiago was first to call me within 1 minute and meet me at my house that day. The best mold company you can call for sure! Santiago (the owner) has saved our home from water damage more than once. We had a roofer damage our roof twice and cause massive water damage. Santiago’s dedication and commitment to a safe home lets my wife and I know that our family isn’t breathing in mold between the walls. Don’t call the other mold companies who just want to take your money. Santiago will show you what he needs to do and shows what damages the home has. Highly recommend!

I wholeheartedly recommend Santiago and team. It took under a week to go from quote to work completion for remediating mold in our AC closet. I found the company on google, my phone call was answered promptly, inspection booked for next morning. Santiago always arrived on time, his work and area left was always clean and neat.

His professionalism and expertise was seen when he had to deal with our AC contractor that did not show up the first day to remove the unit. Santiago was able to call on his preferred vendor and was able to get a quote for us to replace the AC units. We should've listened to Santiago and continued to use his preferred vendor, but that's a whole 'nother story. Trust Santiago when he makes recommendations, and if you're able to used his preferred vendors, I would suggest you do that as well.

It is my first time experiencing mold, I open Google and many companies were offering the same services, but of all of them, Instacure caught my attention. It was the best decision to hire them! I had mold throughout my home’s AC unit and ducts. Santiago and his crew at Instacure did a great job removing, disinfecting and cleaning my AC system. From the start Santiago was very professional. After calling him about my problem he was at my house the next morning and on time. He identified my problem and clearly explained the steps needed to solve my mold issue. He was able to start working on my home the following week and Instacure did a great job. My AC unit is working even better than before and I’m very pleased my family is breathing clean air again.

I reached out to Santiago after reading every single review online and comparing other options. I am so glad I reached out to Santiago he was at my house the next day and provided me a reasonable quote same day! Santiago and his crew were efficient in the delivery of their services. He even helped me contract and AC crew to do some work…they left a hole on the outside of my house…and santiago came back out and fixed it even though it wasn’t something he or his crew did. I would definitely recommend INSTA-cure and would definitely use them again if I was to have any future issues involving mold.

What can I say about this company that no one has already said? From the moment I met Santiago, I honestly felt like I met someone who actually cares about my family and their well being. That is what set him apart from the other 5 companies I had come over to my house for a bad mold problem in my daughters Jack and Jill bathroom. But not only that, he also wasn’t pushing me to go through my insurance. When I had the other guys come they kept pushing that I go through my insurance, which I would say “no I am paying out of pocket”. Going through my insurance meant more money to be billed. But Santiago was not only affordable but he really cared! He was at my house every single day, he even called me on Sunday morning to see how we were doing. That is just great customer service. Also, while Santiago and his amazing crew were here we found a window leak. He jumped right into action and he installed two in wall dryers and they even sealed my window sill on the second floor that was causing the leak!!! I am so thankful for Santiago and his team of guys, they saved us from the horrible black mold that was under our kids sinks and behind the vanity. As a business owner myself, I appreciate when owners of businesses I work with to be transparent and honest, and that is exactly what I got from Santiago. Honestly I believe I made a friend in Santiago. My dad is having the same issues I had and Santiago went down the street to his house and addressed the problem as well. I had a small mold problem at my home that needed to be dealt with right away. From the very first phone conversation I had with Santiago I knew Instacure would get the job done. Santiago was very puntual for both the inspection and the work date, which were 3 days apart. You can’t beat that.
I was quoted a really good competitive price and they delivered on all aspects, even going above and beyond and cleaning a separate part of my home that wasn’t quoted.
Santiago and his team are very respectful and have the knowledge to tackle anything you throw at them.

Santiago and his team were great. He explained everything they were going to do before hand and gave us a full walk through at the end. They did a fantastic job and did all the work in one day. Super happy with the service! Will definitely use again!

I had a very good experience with Instacure. They came in and did a very thorough inspection to determine the areas that were affected by mold and mildew and the root cause of the problem - they inspected the A/C, removed the air vents to look inside the ducts and crawled up in the attic to make sure the contamination had not spread and that there were not additional leaks causing the problem. Once they determined the extent of the damage, Santiago came in with his crew and began an intense and meticulous treatment process starting with the a/c unit itself, then moving on to the ducts and vents and two secondary units in the bedrooms. They heppa vacuumed all the exposed surfaces as well to prevent recontamination. They repaired and treated the damage to the ceiling and drywall as well. When the left, they cleaned up after themselves and took away the trash with them. Santiago and his team were professional, timely and responsible. It's a big relief knowing the work was done and done properly. I definitely recommend them.

Santiago did a fantastic mold remediation for a property I just purchased. It is not often that price, customer service, speed of service, and transparency are all met with a home service, but Santiago and his team are the exception! If you want the absolute best for a more than great price, I would not hesitate to reach out to Instacure. Seriously, we were able to schedule and meet for an initial inspection and then followed by a full remediation all within 2 days for a competitive price.

Santiago was very professional and responsive. I had water damage from a roof leak which caused damage to my infant daughters room and my toddler sons room. After contacting several companies, I was stressed out. I then contacted Instacure and Santiago was at my house the very next day. He did a thorough inspection and clearly explained the process along the way. His prices were decent and he was very transparent throughout the process. On cleaning day, his crew was prompt and got straight to work. Santiago explained every step and kept me informed about what was occurring. His crew successfully treated all mold, fixed all damage, completed a HVAC cleaning, and cleaned out my AC unit. Good as new. Prior to leaving, him and his crew cleaned all work areas and left my house in tick top shape. A+ service.

Santiago was a dream to work with and I don’t say that lightly, especially in Miami. He gave good prices, good work and was very knowledgeable and helpful.
