I was facing home restoration when I found Ace Restoration (Miami) Talked to Alberto Rivera Who checked the damage, wrote a reasonable estimation. He had a team of professionals that worked until the house was cleaned, and fully restored.
Five stars for them!

Thanks to Jame Garcia and Ace Restoration Services, I will soon be able to repair the damage caused by Hurricane Irma to my home. Back in June they came over and assessed the roof damage and mold issues and were on top of it immediately. They placed a wrap tarp over my roof to prevent further leakage and addressed the mold issue. Any requests I had were addressed immediately. I have never had to file an insurance claim before for my home in 22 years and after doing so the insurance company tried to get off by saying that the damage did not meet my deductible. Ace’s legal team stepped in and I will soon be replacing my roof and other repairs thanks to the settlement the insurance company has now agreed to pay. James Garcia, and the Ace Restoration and legal team are my heroes. Thank you very much. I couldn’t have done it without you.👍

My overall experience with James Garcia Who represented Ace Restoration was very positive and effective. His explanation of the workscope required and to be done were very understandable and clearly described.
His Interaction and continued dialogue with me throughout the job scope was always consistent and kept me well informed of the job status.

I just want to give a big appreciation shout out to the team of ace restoration Chris, Hander and Thomas. I needed to have my roof tarp replaced after my roof was inspected yesterday. I made a call to the project manager Chris as always attentive and professional. I share my concern of my roof tarp off and the rain. He stated to attempt to get his team on board for a tarp replacement. Wow it was confirmed he made it happen. He sent a team today of 2 professional hardworking gentlemen. Hander and Thomas arrived promptly and replaced my roof with a tarp with no issues and no debris left behind. They were attentive to all my needs, professional at all times, and both express a kind personality to me. Chris thank you again and again for giving me such excellent care when I have reached out for help. Again thank you to Hander and Thomas for going out of their way to my home and putting the tarp on to prevent rain on my roof. I owe you guys for my roof protection. I also want to give a shout out to Susie at the office for helping me with a request. She was dedicated, professional and sweet. If you want to work with a super awesome company that is understanding, super patient and get the job done right. From the front office to the technicians coming out promptly and servicing my property, ACE Restoration Services was very professional, informative and neat. They came in, extracted the water damage, cleaned up, left the machinery to dry out the kitchen, then came back for the equipment and final walk through inspection of their work. I would recommend ACE Restoration to anyone. Top Notch.

I can't give high enough praise for ACE Restoration. Our house was in a hurricane, flooded, then caught fire all within 18 hours. ACE Restoration was an answer to a desperate prayer... everything they did was as they said it would be, on time, with constant contact throughout the entire process. OMG!!! This company is truly working according to their name. I had James come out to my home because of hurricane damage. He immediately showed me the leak, what needs to be done and how long it will take. I knew everything from beginning to end before we started the work. I am so grateful for the thoughtfulness, professionalism and just the kind nature of the reps. I saw ACE’s commercial on TV and decided to give them a call. Tony and Juan came by to do an inspection. Wow! I cannot say enough about them. They were both spot on. My doctor had said I was suffering from allergies due to possible exposure to mold in our air ducts and home. Sure enough, when they inspected our home they found surface mold in several rooms of our home. We also had what appeared to be dust with possible mold spores in our air ducts. They cleaned our air ducts and did a detailed wipe down of the affected rooms and installed an air scrubber. Since then, my allergies have subsided and you can sense the clean air in our home. This is the best money I’ve put into our home since we moved here. I will definitely be calling them frequently to get our air ducts cleaned. Thank you!

Services performed were from water damage due to roots of an oversized tree busting the pipe lines. Water damage clean up and set up of equipment to dry exposed areas, and dry wall restoration and floors was done beautifully.

Each time providing me with a means of solving the problem or guiding me with solutions to a difficult problem. This company is not only honest but also knowledgeable in cleaning and restoring a home. They were extremely effective and worked in a timely manner. Their quality of work is impeccable! He brought his team to cover the grounds of the water damage and roof leak . They worked hard, organized and left my place clean with no debris. They put in action all the mold inspections. They worked hard for us. Everytime I need him he is a phone call away. Just recently because I'm on waiting list for insurance to pay for my roof replacement.
