LET ME BE VERY CLEAR HERE!!

Clearwater pools is a very professional company! From the owner Ken Manheimer to the VP Dave to the Senor manager Oscar Zuniga an His right hand man Ruben! Really all the workers from the layout people to the digging crew to the rebar crew to the cement crew and even the tile crew, Wilbur plumber was awesome , Albert electrician was great! Everyone was professional, courteous on time even called when running late... and most important HONEST!!

They say exactly what they do which isn't easy here in Miami! IT'S ACTUALLY a breath of fresh Air!

The reason I contracted Clearwater pools from others I got estimates from was the way Ken carried himself!

NEVER rushing me and even came to my house 2 or 3 times to throughly explain things to my wife and i... we had some challenges here in my kinda tight yard space and he assured me of the best way to do it all! And guess what he delieved big time...

You can tell he has integrity and loves what he does! One of the things I really appreciated was the fact everyone spoke English which here in Miami is very rare and since my Spanish is so poor I was greatful to day the least.

Of course they were a few bumps in the road which is normal in construction but it didn't matter they worked thru each challenge and just put an H on their CHEST and HANDLED each one accordingly!
I'll be honest they were not the cheapest company but they also weren't the most expensive either! You get what u pay for in life! With that said my wife and i are So very relieved we chose Clearwater Pools...

Lastly I must give a special thanks to Oscar Zuniga who put up with all my special requests and tiny add-ons him being a family man understood it isn't easy building a pool an running a household! He did his best to accommodate me the best he could with out slowing down the project! Ruben did this best as well during the process..
I was told from when they break ground it would take 3 to 4 month for completion , of course depending on the weather and they were leaning more so to 4 months.. Let me tell you the pool was built and filled in 3 months and a few days from breaking ground!

Clearwater pools built a beautiful pool for us, it is exactly what I wanted, they really listen to my vision and helped me select a pool finish that meet my expectations. Everyone that touched my project from clearwater was very professional. Ken the owner is very knowledgeable and gave me good advice even before I contracted him...When I meet with Carlos he said "you are going to be very happy, we are the right team for this project" and he was right!.. Construction is a not an easy process.. I appreciate Clearwater's team constant communication. Specially Luis and Oscar, who always made me feel like they cared and had empathy for my concerns. Ken and his group did an amazing job on my pool refurbishing. The tile work was meticulous and the new Diamond Brite is gorgeous.

I also use Clearwater for my pool service and they are like clock work being here and the pool is immaculate.

Bam. That’s the sound of my pool pump blowing up. No problem. Gave me my options and replaced pronto.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience building a beautiful new pool with Clearwater Pools. I could name every individual Ken, the owner, and the team that guided me through every step of the project. They were all great. Friends of mine who were building pools at the same time have not been as fortunate with their experience (not Clearwater). The reliability as to scheduling and executing the construction was flawless. The finished product is perfection.

Clearwater Pools and Patio resurfaced our pool some 15 years ago and has come every Friday morning to clean and check the Chemicals. Joe has been coming every Friday with very little exceptions to give us a clean a ph balanced pool. They offer a reliable and professional service to keep your pool clean and a good quality water that makes going in delightful We now get a full report showing the water quality and chemicals used along either a color picture of the pool. We highly recommend this family owned business run by locals.

Clearwater Pools did my pool and our water feature at our new build in South Miami and working with them from beginning to end was such a pleasure. Not once did I doubt that I went with the right pool contractor. Ken and his team are seasoned pros and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I have all the confidence in them which is why I always recommend them to my clients and friends. Go with Clearwater for a hassle free experience they are the best!

Tuttles outstanding service has been keeping our pool running for over 10 years. Great people!

I've used Tuttle Pool forever! Weekly service is done like clockwork, I can only think of 1 time they didn't show on the scheduled day and I was notified. Problems with the pump? They send out a mechanic... Highly recommend them

Called them to check out a leak, spoke to the lady on the phone, she told me to give them our address and that someone would show up the following day but they were unable to give us an exact time due to their work schedule blah blah etc etc. I cleared my schedule so I could be there to let them in. Never showed up, never called, nothing, called back to check and they would make it the following day, never made it. Those 3 overall stars from your customers must be something to feel proud of..

Mark is always helpful and finds time to get me in short time into his busy schedule.

Reliable and they do good work. We moved into our new house about 5 months ago. We retained the service of the former pool maintenance company but the pool needed a lot of work and they were unable to do it. I gave Tuttle a chance at servicing the pool despite the fact they cost a lot more. The difference was night and day. You get what you pay for and if you want reliable good service, I recommend them.

I used Tuttle’s Pool for over seven years. Their pool maintenance has gone downhill and is no longer acceptable. Their last repair was shoddy. I called to fix the issue, and the owner Mark, said he would come within the week. I waited 3 weeks and he never showed. I called the office several times , and was told they couldn’t give me an exact day or time for the service call. Meanwhile I only received chemicals and leaf skimming for $135 a month because without the repair, the pool pump couldn’t be turned on. Too, bad, Tuttle’s used to be a great pool company, but it isn’t one anymore.

My pool pump stopped working, I smelled something burned. I don't have a pool service so I called the place I get my chlorine and they scheduled someone to come out a week later. He showed up 6 hours late with no phone call, looked at it but didn't touch anything, told me to get an electrician because he didn't know if it was the motor or the wiring, and left.
I called Tuttle's Pool on the recommendation of a friend. Mark Tuttle came out the next day while I was at work and checked it out. The office called me with an estimate and made an appointment to fix it. He showed up on time, took it apart and checked the wiring (no electric issues), replaced the pump, reset the timer, tightened the filter, and was gone in half an hour. All within a week! I am so pleased that it all went as it should have, with no back and forth - so rare these days. The estimate seemed reasonable, especially given that it was a no-hassle process! Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great and attentive service. Been doing my house for 20+ years and have installed many pieces of equipment to include new pumps and a heater.

Unfortunately, they came out in June to give me an estimate. Highly recommended by a family friend. Talked about doing the work and it seemed promising. They advised me an estimate would be emailed. I called several times and I kept being told estimates could take up to a month. Its mid September and still waiting. I guess they have too much work and my pool wasn't enough for them.

Beautiful pool remodel by Tuttle’s Pool Company. The crew did an amazing job. Very professional and reliable. They took their time and were so precise to remodel our old and outdated pool. Wonderful experience with a professional company. Shout out to Sean Tuttle and his amazing crew.
