After 25 years of use we had our pool resurfaced by Alligator and the work was completed in the time frame stipulated. The crew were fast and polite.The resurfacing looks wonderful and we look forward to many years of use.

Just finished a wonderful remodel with Alligator. Resurfaced, new tile, removed metal steps to add swim out and added sun shelf. After such a seamless experience, we decided to have them service our pool weekly. Suvien is always on time and does a great job of making sure our pool stays clean for our kids. If I ever have an issue, they respond promptly. We’re glad we found Alligator Pools and recommend them to anybody in Miami.

Alligator Pools gets my full recommendation - they are the best pool company in town hands down. Aldo was my project manager and he is THE BEST! A problem solver, efficient and honest - I knew I was in great hands. We had great communication and he got things done! We had a new pool heater installed and a salt water switch from chlorine. Aldo handed everything from calling the electrician to explaining to me exactly what needed to get done and having it completed within a week of calling them. I immediately felt like I could trust him and my gut instinct was correct!

I had called other pool companies and it was impossible to get a call back or a proper estimate. This was not the case with Alligator Pools! Martha, who handled all the administrative task, was also fantastic and very easy to communicate with and ask questions with quick answers in return. All in all a great experience! Alligator pools did our pool upgrade (new plaster, tile, skimmer, Baja shelf). The whole process from quote to finish was managed by Aldo and he is the best. We have had Freddy cleaning our pools for several months now and have been so pleased with our service. We have a lot of vegetation around the pool which leaves a lot of leaves etc in it however every week when Freddy cleans it, it looks so good. He is also so friendly and speaks English which is good for us that does not speak Spanish. I highly recommend Aligator Pools and especially Freddy. Office staff is also easy to reach and nice to speak to.
