Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

Two renovations with Clearwater that have both come out awesome!

Great work and good honest people own the business. They do very good construction and repair. Very good maintenance too.

The work that Kenny and his team do are second to none. The vision, knowledge, and care about the job are second to none!

I couldn’t wish for a more reliable, efficient and knowledgeable pool service. Your information on measurements during this crisis is a typical example. Thank you for responding so conscientiously and fast.

Excellent service and were on top of everything!

Since we have been using Clearwater, they have been on time every time. They are doing a great job keeing the pool in pristine shape.

Clearwater Pools has been a great decision. Minor issues with settling and a warranty issue with equipment were handled swiftly and professionally.

The best construction and the best workers. What they, they do. Nothing was a hassle. We were your happy with the results!!

We have used Clearwater Pool services for several years. They have always kept our pool sparkling clean and our pool pump in working order. Their pool guys are efficient and friendly. Clearwater Pools' services are reasonably priced, and they've always been very responsive. Thanks, Clearwater!

Ken and his team are great to work with. They clean our pool regularly and always send a before and after picture. Very professional company.

Clearwater were on time and on budget. Very clear and helpful in advising us as we designed the pool and patio. Also all the team were well trained and very polite. We had an excellent experience.

It was a pleasure to work with Brian, Luis and the team at Clearwater Pools. They were incredibly professional, communicative and took great level of care and attention to their work. We're very happy with the results and and love our new pool. Highly recommend them!

I recommend Clearwater Pools 100%. I hired them to build a pool and my experience was superb. Ken, the owner, is very knowledgeable and always available. I also worked with Luis, project manager, and he was amazing as well. Whatever they promised they fulfilled, something not common in Miami. I now hired them to maintain and clean the pool on a weekly basis, so far so good as well. Strongly recommend them.

We decided to hire Clearwater for our pool and outdoor terrace remodeling project after considering several other contractors and estimates and are happy with our decision. Even before being hired, Ken and his colleagues invested the time to walk us through the various options that best fit our goals for the project. The crew we were assigned (led by Luis, who was very responsive to answer questions and address concerns, even after completing the project) did a nice job. Thank you!

My family and I are extremely pleased with the entire process of working with Clearwater Pools. I was warned of how difficult and painful it would be to work with contractors in Miami, but it was not painful in anyway. From the first day we met, Ken (the company president) came to speak to me at my home. He was very professional and sincere about what would work and what would not work well in my situation. Ken had his design team come out and very carefully walk me through the entire process including providing computer renderings of what the pool would look like - something the kids really liked seeing. I was assigned Carlos my project manager who always took my calls no matter how early or late to attend to my needs. The pool was finished ahead of schedule! Everything went exactly as explained and it project did not go over budget. I now have a beautiful pool my kids are using everyday, we have parties with family and friends and could not be happier with the great work!! I STRONGLY recommend this team of kind and dedicated professionals. Thank you Clearwater!!

The Clearwater Pools team was fantastic. Our key contacts Luis and Oscar were easy to work with. They communicated any changes to scope throughout the project and our pool was completed sooner that we planned and on budget. We're incredibly pleased with the way both the pool and the patio turned out.

This is one of the best pool company in Miami Dade!
Having gone through so many pool services throughout the years I am so happy I found Clearwater pool and Patio.
Ken the owner came and gave me an estimate, he was very professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable about pools.
The people that he hires are super well trained and know exactly what they are doing. They always show up, test the water and leave my pool sparkling clean!
Look no further this company is a keeper!

Great results! I had a vision for the final outcome and Ken and his team greatly exceeded my expectations! Always kept me informed of the weekly schedule no surprises everything was as expected. Ken truly has a passion for his profession and is a great communicator when talking pools or being realistic about what is a good idea or what may not be a good idea without making you feel embarrassed or not part of the final design. Clearwater Pools is worthy of your consideration if you are planning a pool project.

Ken and his team are the best in the market. Reliable, professional, detailed and kind. Let me stress the “professional” point. They are responsive throughout the whole process and and are able to work through challenges that arise, maintaining a positive attitude throughout. Permitting in Coral Gables is nothing but easy, but Ken works with you to push it forward past the finish line. He also is very fair and reasonable in his pricing and does not nickel and dime customers. They did an excellent job with the pool as well as the pavers in the backyard! I truly recommend his company above others having spoken to all the big players in town and heard all the nightmares others encountered.

This is the best pool company in Miami Fl. No questions about that. Worth every dollar. Always on time. Extremely professionals. I have no words to describe how happy I’m with my pool. It has been almost three years and I have had no issues. Ken and Brian are amazing persons everything went nice and easy when the pool was built.
I recommend this company 1000 000 %
