Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

After being out of town for the past 5 months, we returned, and our pool looks great!! Freddy did a wonderful job taking care of our pool…

Alan and his people have over the years virtually rebuilt our old pool. They are professional, and true to their word, and folks that I’ve been able to turn to many times with real and stupid questions. The may sound corny but it’s like talking to family when you call Alan for help, and I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else.

Excellent service, no matter what I need . Weekly pool service, on time, listens if any issues and speaks 3 languages, including English . Glad to be with Alligator Pool.

Purchased a new pool heater. Alan helped select the right equipment for my pool. There was another unsolved problem and Alan stuck with it until the solution was found. My son has also used Alligator Pools with success.

Alligator Pool remodeled my pool with new stair design, coping and tile plus resurfacing the pool itself. They did an excellent job and on time. Cleaned up any residue and left the new pool beautiful.

Hired Alligator for weekly pool cleaning services for our home in Palmetto Bay. They have always been helpful in keeping our pool in good working order and have been able to install a number of equipment upgrades as well. 5/5 would recommend!!

Wanted to acknowledge the great service received from Suiven from Alligator Pool for servicing our pool. Very happy with his work and would highly recommend him for your pool needs.

Very pleased with the speedy responsiveness and the price of my pool pump replacement. Wasn't quite sure when to expect but the new pump works great, quet, and was installed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Had my pool diamond brite 1 month ago. The finished product was a big disappointment . Streaks everwhere. The workers didn't speak English so I couldn't communicate with them. The tile job was excellent. I thought I was dealing with Alan who is the best but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Aldo did the follow adjusting the pool chemicals and did an excellent job

Sweven from Alligator Pools has been taking care of my pool for a long time. I have been very happy with his work, reliability and pleasant attitude.

Alan diamond brighted my pool and the job is superb !! When my pool has a issue i can call him and fixes it right away and for the best price in South Florida. He is one of the few I would recommend for working on my house in the last 20 years.

Outstanding work ! Just finished resurfacing my Pool and everything went smooth . All my questions answered . Aldo is outstanding no nonsense and knows his craft . Highly recommend.

Alligator acid washed my pool after I purchased my home rather than trying to sell me a whole refinishing job. I then had them replace all the old pool equipment (new filter, salt chlorinator, heater, LED pool light and automation system). They did a great job and have been servicing my pool weekly ever since.

Fabulous experience from start to finish resurfacing our pool and very fair price. Extremely attentive, return phone calls and very organized and conscientious. The entire experience was flawless and I would recommend Alligator Pools hands down if you want a great job with no aggravation which is rare today. Customer service gets an A+.

Had a great experience with Alligator Pools. They were very prompt and executed my project flawlessly and with great attention. They also follow up and answer any questions you have. Highly recommend and will use again!

We couldn’t be happier with Alligator Pools! We always recommend them to our friends in the Pinecrest area or Palmetto Bay. They have been cleaning our pools for ~5 years and we are really impressed by their consistency, knowledge and willingness to explain things!  Plus, the SAME pool tech arrives each week and he ALWAYS remembers to close our gate so our dogs don’t get out! We have had some poor experiences with other Miami pool cleaners (mainly single person operators). Happy to have found Alligator Pools!

Their project manager Aldo and assistant installed a pool heat pump after a first visit to estimate the job. Their office kept me informed thought-out, Aldo was prompt, efficient, worked fast, and very informative and pleasant. A totally first class experience. Note that their website offers no phone numbers, you have to search the web.

Besides the excellent job they did with resurfacing my pool, I was surprised that they went the extra mile with chemically rebalancing it. Aldo was there almost every day for a week to make sure the pool was A OK. I would recommend Alligator Pool with no hesitation.

I have used the services of Alligator Pools for over ten years. Their service is outstanding and always of the highest quality at a reasonable price. They have done everything, from fixing resurfacing my pool, fixing the pump to installing new color-changing lights. If you are looking for serious, professional and timely service, look no further!

I have been a customer of Alligator Pools for many years. They have resurfaced the pool and they provide maintenance on a weekly basis. A situation came up, where I thought I was facing a major repair to the pool equipment. With all the rain and a tremendous workload, they made time for me, and sent a technician out. I am very grateful for their continual excellent service.
