This company is outstanding. From beginning to end they were amazing. The costumer service was beyond wonderful. Everything ran like clockwork and the pool was done in 5 days. We had resurfacing and a shelf with stairs put in. We are soooooo happy!! Thank you Alligator Pools.

We used this company around 3 years ago to resurface our pool as well as for pool maintenance service. It has been a complete nightmare in terms of quality and professionalism.

Aldo convinced us to use them for pool cleaning because their techs are certified. We watched them do a poor job cleaning including not adding chemicals and not brushing the sides of the pool and then they would send us automated emails that the work they did not due was in fact done.

We have had pool problems including a hole in the pool within just a few years after resurfacing. I had 2 separate pool repair companies come over and tell me that the layer of diamond brite they used was too thin amongst other quality issues. We had also developed calcium buildup that alligator pools charged us around $2000 to remove and 2 separate pool repair services told us that this issue was likely due to poor maintenance by the company that resurfaced the pool during the first month. They sent Aldo out each time we’ve had an issue and he immediately told us that our warranty wouldn’t cover it.

I would avoid this pool company at all costs and will be calling the Better Business Bureau about damages done.

We just had our pool refinished by Aldo and his team at Alligator Pools. The pool came out amazing. I was incredibly impressed with Aldo - on time, courtious, available to answer all my questions and incredibly patient with me. We are very lucky to have had Aldo and Alligator Pools help us with this project, which was our first time. We are looking forward to getting in the pool this weekend and years of enjoyment. Martha in the office was also a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful. Thanks again Aldo, Martha and team at Alligator Pools. Will post pictures after the pool chemistry is balanced.

SEAMLESS. I have never had a project as efficient, professional, and well managed as the one Aldo and Alligator pools took on.

It started with a call to Alligator pools where Martha took my information and very quickly had Aldo come out to see my pool. Martha was the first person I spoke to and she was calm, and friendly, and answered all of my questions.
Aldo came by within the week and it was quite obvious he knows his craft. He reassured me my pool could be fixed and explained timeline and costs.
When we received the proposal everything was itemized and clearly explained. The price was fair and no hidden costs. We took a few months to figure out what we wanted and asked if Aldo could come back out. Martha once again scheduled Aldo to come out and he answered all of our questions. He is a busy man but he took all the time we required without rushing us. We immediately trusted this company and it was in large part to Aldo and Martha.
After our new proposal was sent (we had added a few things) and we signed it and sent the deposit, our project started in a weeks time. Aldo brought in his team and those guys worked tirelessly. They started on a Thursday afternoon and the job was completed by Tuesday. Aldo would come by every day to check on his guys and the work. He cares about the projects he takes on. The team was respectful of our property, never asked for anything, and kept their work clean and organized. I was amazed at what a well oiled machine this company is. Aldo is Alligator Pools and I am certain there isn't a better choice out there.

Alligator Pools is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Aldo was here every day making sure everything was done to our satisfaction and everything was done correctly. He was happy to make any adjustments we wanted as the work was in progress and was such a pleasure to do business with. The work crew was extremely efficient and paid attention to detail. Martha was prompt in answering any of our questions and a great help. The job started and completed in the given time frame, and they cleaned everything up when they were finished! It was an absolute pleasure working with them and would highly recommend.

I am completely satisfied with Alligator Pools! The care they took to make my old pool look new, and more beautiful than ever, was impressive. The most impressive member of Alligator Pools is the company project manager, Aldo Rosado. He came by daily to make sure that I was satisfied with the project’s progression. Mr Rosado accurately diagnosed a leak in the light fixture, after the pool was filled, and even braved the very chilly water to personally patch the spot. He has also patiently answered my many questions on pool maintenance. I can’t imagine anyone representing Alligator Pools in the field better than Mr. Rosado!

Clearwater pool has provided maintenance to our pool for over two years and we are extremely happy with the consistent and excellent results. Elmer, our pool service technician, is amazing and we can always count on having a sparkling pool after his weekly visit. We have had other pool companies in the past, but Clearwater has been the best.

Been using Clearwater more than 25 years -- pool mainenance and a resurfacing job a few years ago, as well as replacement of pumps and filters. They are simply the best in town -- professional, well priced, and VERY responsive. I have a tough pool -- many trees around with no screen enclosure. They keep the pool sparkling each week.
