Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

Great company, great staff. Dago the owner is professional and really cares about the work. Hugo very professional and transparent of information.

Amazing amazing company! We can’t say enough good things about them. Living in Miami and getting contractors to come out to work for you and deliver on what was promised is difficult. They designed, pulled permits, dug, built and fully closed permits in record time. The only delay was because I couldn’t decide on decking, but other than that it would have been done in under 3 months. They came to dig and do shotcrete even in the rain which is unheard of and is usually an excuse given by builders. They pulled tarps and umbrellas and just continued working under the rain. When they were scheduled to come they would show up early and be prepared. So incredibly impressed by their work ethic, follow through, and pricing. Best pool builders hands down in Miami.

Custom Pools gave me very competitive quote and they did what they said. They built my pool on schedule and always kept in touch me. I would never deal with another pool contractor. We are so happy with our pool.

We are thrilled with the pool that Miami Pool Contractors did for us. We were even more impressed with the customer service. We probably drove him crazy with the endless phone calls inquiring about everything and anything to do with our new pool, which he was very patient and helpful with. His knowledge in the pool industry is far greater than most pool companies. His prices are on the higher end, but you get what you pay for in the long run. We recommend them all the time. Thank you, Jairo, Rich, Hugo, and Miami Pool Contractors. I hope I get a chance to refer them to people I know. So if you’re reading this review looking for the right Pool Contractors in Miami, look no further. Call Miami Pool Contractors.

My friends highly recommended Miami Pool Contractors, and I must say they were right. We wanted a pool builder who specialized in the vinyl pool that criteria exceptionally well. His wealth of knowledge, experience, and generosity reassured us that we were getting the best people for the job, and the finished product attests to that. Our backyard has been truly transformed. Miami Pool Contractors delivered the vision we had for our backyard at the best price. Recommend who will need to build a pool! Cheers guys!! I would definitely keep them in mind and recommend them to others.

Fast turnaround and top notch quality work.
Thank you for my beautiful pool. 😍

It was our first experience building a pool and first time working with the pool company Custom Pools Miami. They recently redid our friends pool so we thought we give them a shot. From the very beginning Dago showed a lot of patience with all our questions and explained all the details that we needed to take into consideration. We had no clue on what materials, tiles or plaster finishes would look good but when he presented us with the design at the showroom, we knew we were in good hands. Most importantly, the finished pool looked just like what they promised! Best pool builders in Miami!!

Love the work Dago and his team did for our family pool. It was a process due to Covid. But they got it done. Hands down the best pool company. Highly recommend!!

Dago at custom pools built my dream pool 20 years ago and my heater just broke. He fixed in a super timely matter and now I can enjoy my warm pool with my grand daughter the same week that it broke. Thank you!

I want to thank Custom Pools, and the entire team, Dago, Mark and Hugo for the pool project we contracted and the amazing results. I recommend them.

These guys did an amazing job. Finished much faster than promised. As a first time pool owner the process seemed overwhelming but we were very happy at the professionalism and dependability of the whole team. Dago and Hugo were amazing. They both pick up the phone whenever I call. I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for new construction or remodeling stop looking these are the guys.

For the past couple years we're looking for a Pool Builder in Miami and when we met Dago and his team we were immediately impressed by their knowledge their experience, they answer all of our questions and at that point we were confident that Custom Pools of Miami was the right pool company to build our pool.

From the minute that they broke ground until they finished the pool project it went on without a hitch. Now looking at our backyard we have a beautiful pool and at the end of the day the pool speaks for itself.

So Custom Pools did a sunshelf for relaxing lounging in the water with a hole for an umbrella. We have a swimout bench the entire length of the pool so we can sit and enjoy and lounge with our guests. We chose the Hawaiian pool plaster finish to match the blue of the pool tile. We also added LED  pool lights that are color changing LED lights and a high efficiency pool heat pump.

Dago is the best. They did an excellent job with my pool and the plaster is perfected. Thank you so much for your honesty and perfection

Deciding who should build your pool is not an easy decision. The first thing we did was research which pool companies in Miami that met these general qualifications:

- Longevity
- Trajectory
- Reliability
- Craftsmanship

We settled on Custom Pools of Miami mostly because they checked every single box. Truth be told, they were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but we felt comfortable enough they would be able to do the job…. And what a job they did.

After signing the contract, pool plans were submitted to the Miami Dade building dept and digging promptly started quite literally, a 1 or 2, once we were added to their schedule. And then came everything else, framing, concrete, electrical, plumbing, finish. From the first dig to a final inspection, less than 12 weeks, and that was with the End of Year holidays in between, and; with multiple custom features that were added to our general design. One consistent aspect throughout the building process, which will put your mind at ease…. every crew that came in was utterly professional. From the digging crew, to the finish and tile guys…. (side note…. the tile guy is the best I have ever seen)

I honestly believe there is no better pool builder in the Miami Dade area.

If you are looking for the cheapest pool price, Custom Pools is probably not for you. But, if you are looking for a fair, competitive price with superior quality, ZERO headaches and professionalism, definitely give them a call.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Custom Pools to bring our dream pool project to life, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results.

From the initial consultation to the final splash, the entire experience with Custom Pools was nothing short of exceptional.

The team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to our vision and needs, providing valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the overall design.

Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident from the start, assuring us that we were in capable hands.

Their craftsmanship truly sets them apart. Our pool is not just a functional addition to our backyard; it's a work of art. The precision and care with which they executed every aspect of the construction, from the layout to the finishing touches, exceeded our expectations.

The attention to detail, quality materials, and skilled workmanship were evident in every tile, every curve, and every feature of our new oasis.

What truly impressed us, however, was the exceptional level of service provided. Communication was seamless, and they kept us informed at every stage of the project. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed promptly and professionally, creating a stress-free experience.

The team was punctual, respectful of our and our neighbors properties, and worked diligently to ensure the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeline.

We wholeheartedly recommend Custom Pools to anyone considering a pool installation in Miami. Their combination of artistic vision, technical expertise, and outstanding customer service sets them apart in the industry.

Thanks to Custom Pools, our family now has a stunning, custom-designed pool that has become the focal point of our home and a place where we gather as a family to celebrate all of life’s special moments—a true testament to the excellence of their work.

If you're looking for a pool company that delivers on its promises and exceeds expectations, look no further than Customer Pools. They've turned our backyard into a paradise, and we couldn't be more grateful.

We have had a great experience in the construction of our pool. Custom Pools of Miami did a great job!!!, they are very professional, with reasonable price. Our pool is beautiful and we enjoy it so much!!! Thank you Dago for a great job!!

We were nervous picking a pool company. It's a lot of money and wanted to make sure we weren't going to pick a company that was going to cheat us or do horrible work.

Very happy to say that Custom Pools was definitely the right choice. Our pool was ready in a little over 2 months from signing to being able to swim in the pool. When one task was done, they moved on to the next.

Everyone we dealt with was very kind and always helpful. Stephanie in the office dealt with my indecisiveness with a calm and kindness that I needed.

We received 3 quotes, and custom pools was not only the most cost effective quote, but they were the most professional and organized of them all.

One thing to make sure you budget for that took us by quite a surprise was the cost of removing muck. This was not Custom Pool's fault, nor did they over charge us for this. Custom pools told us of the possibility, but we had a lot of it, which added to the overall cost of the pool. Also, decking. We were naive to the fact that decking around the pool would be so much $. But, then again, we had a very large area to cover. Custom pools still was the most cost-effective and they did a great job with the decking.

We've been swimming in our pool for 4 months now, and so far everything has been great.
