Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

When we first bought our home in 2019, we absolutely knew that we wanted to build a pool. After doing some renovations inside our home, 2 years later it was time to start looking for a pool contractor that would build our dream pool. At the beginning of 2021 we started getting quotes from many pool companies. I came across Custom Pools via Instagram and their reviews absolutely blew me away. Hugo came to our house to give us a quote and helped us design what we envisioned. He was knowledgeable, professional and explained the whole process in detail and helped us understand what the project would entail. What drove us to ultimately hire Custom Pools was not only how long they had been in business and their reviews but their price! Unbeatable. From the moment they broke ground to the day when the pool was filled, it took them only 2 months! I couldn’t believe how fast they got it done. Even though I did not meet him in person, Dago the owner was involved in all aspects. He showed true professionalism and provided excellent customer experience. Everyone from Hugo, Rich who would come often to oversee the project, Stephanie who answered all the questions we had and dealt with the payments truly made the entire process much more enjoyable. I cannot recommend Custom Pools enough. They build the pool we longed to have in our yard and since then we have enjoyed every minute of it! Thank you Custom Pools for giving us peace of mind as first time pool builders. You guys are truly the best pool company in Miami.

Custom Pools of Miami was great!!! They built the pool on time and within budget and has always been responsive on any service issues. If you’re looking for a pool builder in Miami I’d definitely recommend then. #Poolbuildersinmiami.

Custom Pools is a reliable pool contractor that built our pool in Homestead February 2020. Thank you for the great product and also offering us a 3 year warranty on equipment as well. You are always a text away and that relationship is greatly appreciated!

I live in Coral Gables. They took care of all the permits and construction. I heard a lot of complaints from neighbors about horrible experiences they had with other pool companies. Custom Pool was incredible! I would recommend them to anyone. Best pool builders in Coral Gables. They are a full service company and are always available to answer any questions. I know how hard it is in Coral Gables to get permits but they took care of everything and it was fast! My kids use the pool nonstop. Thank you Custom pools Miami!

When my wife and I decided to have a pool built in our home we didn't know what to expect, and frankly, the process at the beginning was a bit scary. When it came time to choose a pool builder you hear horror stories about people that get taken and ripped off by fly-by-night and less than reputable pool companies. I'm happy to say that our experience with Custom Pools Miami could not have gone better. We were looking for a pool company that was reputable and competent. Someone who knew what they were doing with a proven track record, offering good value for the money that we were investing. I'm happy to say that Custom Pools Miami checked off on all those boxes.

We found Custom Pools by reading the Google reviews and doing some research online. Frankly, once the decision was made to go with Custom Pools the process was seamless. Everyone we dealt with from the young ladies at the office to the different workers were true professionals. The process began with Hugo, the salesman assigned to our account coming to our home and taking measurements and offering ideas. Within a couple of weeks he came back with a pool sketch and different options. The construction process of the pool was very interesting. From the excavation, to the framing, to the way that they apply the Shotcrete, it's interesting to see before your very eyes the transformation occurring in your backyard.

Everyone we dealt with at Custom Pools Miami was the epitome of professionalism. The ladies in the office, Maria, Salome, and Stephanie expedited the permitting process. The owner himself, Dago Cabral was very attentive during the construction and stayed on top of things. The two foremen, Rich and Jairo regularly came by the house to ensure everything was being done correctly.

While my pool was being built two of my neighbors came over and and were so impressed with my pool that they asked for estimates from Dago, the owner. Custom Pools Miami is now building pools for two of my neighbors. The customer service and finished product speaks for itself.

Without hesitation I would definitely recommend Custom Pools Miami.

Custom Pools did an amazing job on our pool. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, prompt and did exactly as they promised they would do for us. They were very neat and thorough. The finished product is beautiful. First class pool company! Highly recommend them!

Dago’s company was awesome! We were building a custom home and our GC worked with another pool company. After wasting a few months with the other company….we have up; that company was a joke, did not even know the requirements for permits; kept increasing prices etc…the whole nine yards. Dago was a blessing; the moment i saw him at the store; I really got comfortable with him. They were able to build my pool in no time; and delivered such a quality product. Dago had promised two months to deliverer the pool and they delivered even before that. He was my top contractor for building my custom house; probably rank him #1 compared to any other contractor we used to build a house.
We moved from NJ to Miami; we were ina shock while dealing with contractors in miami. Dago made us feel like we were in NJ and dealing with the one of the best contractors there. Dago is super responsive and helpful. Don’t even think and go with another contractor - just go with Dago you will save yourself a headache; which I had plenty of building a custom home

Also a shout out to Stephanie in Dago’s office who helped us along the process

My experience with Custom Pools was great. They designed and built my custom swimming pool in 70 days!!!! Dago, Hugo, Rich and the rest of the team were very professional, attentive and responsive. After looking more than 5 contractors, Custom Pools Miami are the best hands down.

Our condo complex has a great pool at the clubhouse, so we debated whether to build one at our house for several years. When a neighbor of ours decided to install a pool, I waited until it was finished to see how everything would turn out. When we were pleased with the results, we asked for the contact information of the person who had built the pool, and that's how we first met Dagoberto. Someone who is extremely thoughtful and professional. We agreed to execute it, presented our project to him, and he offered suggestions for how to make it better until we had a unified plan. We are completely satisfied with the work that was done, from beginning to end. The entire crew did a fantastic job of adhering to all of the city's regulations and, most importantly, finishing on time.

Dagoberto and his crew were very professional. His team of construction professionals, who performed all of the specialty trades involved in the pool construction from coping tile, installation of decking, concrete forming, and plastering, all performed in an exemplary manner. extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Custom pools to any of my friends and neighbors. One of the big advantage of his team was the ability to adapt my residential construction plans that i prepared to accommodate the addition of the pool. we are now on the landscape phase to beautify the pool deck. I will post some pictures when the whole project is completed.

My experience with custom pools has been the best. My pool was built in a couple of months exactly as I wanted it. Stephanie and Dago were very responsive and attentive to every detail during the whole process, I can honestly say that almost every day there were people working on the pool after the constructions started, which lead to a finished pool in a surprisingly short amount of time. All I can say is, if you want your pool built quickly and with the greatest quality, look no further, these are your guys!
