Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

You need the professionals for mold! This company was great! The came quickly, did what needed to be done and cleaned up after themselves. Friendly courteous and professional service! I hope to never need them again but if I do, I will have no hesitation to call them.

Excellent windows and installation.Would Highly recommend using them. Extremely professional from beginning to end.

Cristian and Diana are the best! Without their expertise we would never have gotten through hurricane Idalias flood disaster. Highly recommend EDR !!!!!

Happy to be a reference

Highly recommend EDR. Recently hired for a residential job and they did a fantastic work. Christian was very professional and knowledgeable and at all times willing to help the most he could.

Contacted EDR after hurricane Ian. From our first meeting to completion, the lines of communication were always open. They went above and beyond from start to finish. A great company!

Emergency Disaster Restoration came to our aid extremely fast, their work and professionalism is to be commended. They took care of our problem and in no time we were back to normalcy. We highly recommend this company.

Christian and his team saved me twice! Once for a roof leak, and a second time when my upstairs AC leaked water and caused damage over two floors. Both times he and his team arrived quickly and worked to minimize the damage, and then efficiently worked to complete repairs and leave things looking like nothing happened. I hope I never have any of these kinds of problems again, but if I do I know who to call.

I have worked with EDR on a variety of projects on my home. They have helped with plumbing, water damage, mold remediation, and even help me get my fence installed. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them and would recommend them to my family.

EDR helped us after Hurricane Idalia. They went above and beyond what their jobs were!! The men cleaned up after the hurricane mess and cleaned up as they went on the things they had to replace. Christian Castellanos (the owner) helped us with insurance questions, gave us advice on who to call for certain problems and was great helping us in all problems that arose. All of the workers were very professional, hardworking & polite.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone!

I contacted Emergency Disaster Restoration after a couple dozen floor tile popped up off my floor in the middle of the night. Many of the tile had broken or cracked but a good number were salvageable. The tile are an older style which would be impossible to match and are also in the kitchen and den area of my home as well. Not wanting to replace tile in the entire house and where the tile popped up happened to be covered by a beautiful Persian rug, Christian of EDR suggested we use the salvaged tile around the edges of the rug and and lay new similar tile under the rug. The tile crew that came out expertly installed the old with the new so perfectly that once we rolled the rug back into place it was impossible to tell there had ever been any damage. When the time comes to renovate my floors throughout the entire house I will definitely call upon Emergency Disaster Restoration for that big job! Highly recommend this company for any home damage you may experience.

Emergency Disaster Restoration installed hurricane windows and doors in my house. I'm very happy with the quality of work, installation, cleanliness, detail, and choice of hardware and styles provided for my selection.
Everything was completed within the time estimated for this installation. No doubt about recommending this company to my friends!

I was so frustrated when I called emergency restoration Inc. I found mold and I have to say they acted very quickly. They were in my home within a day or so. Remove the drywall that had the mold and covered the holes with plastic to ensure my AC and everything would seal and not have mold spread anywhere else. The workers that cleaned every inch of my home, including frames air ducts, etc Extremely professional and thorough. Very impressed and Love, the fact that Cristian was very responsive to my calls and text To answer any questions.

It's nice to find a professional and trustworthy business in Miami. The EDR team was able to help with my condo mold issues in my AC system. Glad they helped clean and maintain for my family's health. We definitely sleep better at night.

I can't say enough about this company. They mitigated a terrible situation for us with immediate, professional and compassionate service. Their loss stop expertise undoubtedly saved us considerable expense and expedited the reconstruction process. I highly recommend Emergency Disaster Restoration.
