Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

Great job by the Royal Concrete team. Thank you guys so much, will definitely recommend to my friends and family

I'm very satisfied with the service .Having good experience I have no complain at all . They are very serious I what they doing really recommend 👌

Guy doesnt follow through with service he offers. Took our money and never finished job. Avoid if you vaule you hard earned money.

Company did an amazing job on my project they were very quick and very precise with it and they did not make working with him difficult great work

Karma is the best you have what you deserve is only matter of time my son fell on the driveway that you never finish but you have the money you deserve to pay for everything you didn’t finish

The job was done perfectly and quickly. Very professional and can be trusted. The communication is very good. Always answers the phone. I would recommend to anyone.

I had a bad experiences dealing with Royalty Concrete, removing concrete around the entire property and pouring a new plain concrete slab/ patio area and new concrete bars driveway with grass, to many excuses and delays after collecting the money , his work isn't the best the painting of my driveway is pealing out leaving the Mark's the grass work is lousy with not enough glue, too high poor grass installation, he is good talking a good game like a salesman and he over charge for the work that he never completed but claims to be completed, be aware of reading the contract and don't pay the full amount until you be sure that the job was completed

Royalty Concrete is a scam. They do NOT have a license to pull permits but lie and say that they do. They ask for the money up front but do not complete the work. They do a bad job and then try to extort you for additional money. Please review the other reviews and use someone else.

He never pic up his phone. The job is not finished. Don’t give him the money till he finishes the job completely

I was also a victim of the deception of the owner Royalty Concrete by paying him in full for the work on my driveway because almost 3 months have passed and he has not finished the work, he never answers the phone, he only communicates with text messages and he always has an apology for not coming, apart from the fact that the work was done "BADLY" because it left the driveway with stains, concrete blocks in the garden...for this reason I do not recommend ANYONE to hire this company and even less so that they "PAY FOR THE ENTIRE WORK" until they verify that the work was completely completed.

Excellent customer services, very professional group .

100% recommended

Customer Service is poor.

Great vibe good cuban food!

Great Crew, great products, good prices !!

Great Company!! Quality work and the price was right. You get what you pay for this industry and Scaff-Tech did not disappoint.

Absolutely the worst in all respects.
Priced our project last August at $30,000, came back in November/Dec and gave us a quote for $80,000 for half the work of the first quote. Then they said they'll " work with us to help make the project happen"... Should have known right there...

Safety issues are my biggest complaint. Damage to the building we were working on and then denying it. Dropping equipment 200' that nearly landed on one of our guys.
Late to our project multiple times, or no show several, or not enough equipment, or not enough crew, few or no English fluent workers which I only care about from the safety communication and coordination standpoint. Would you want your crew subject to potential harm? See photo...
Never again for us thank you.
A major disappointment for us because we spent 8 months planning the project only to be held up and forced to pay for delays.

Not our first rodeo, but there won't be another chance for this company.
