When our home burned down, we were overwhelmed in every possible way. There’s nothing easy about that experience. From the very beginning, Mr. Fernandez brought a sense of calm and reassurance that we truly needed during such a difficult time.

He is, above all, an honest man. That stood out to us immediately. Throughout the entire process, he was transparent, fair, and always looking out for our best interest. Not only did he help guide us through the rebuild, but he also found ways to save us money without ever compromising on quality.

His crew of subcontractors is exceptional. Every detail of their work reflected true craftsmanship and pride, and it showed in the final result. Beyond that, Mr. Fernandez himself went above and beyond, he handled many things that weren’t even included in the original estimate or quote, simply because he cared about getting everything right.

Communication was another area where he really stood out. He was incredibly prompt with phone calls and always made himself available when we had questions or concerns. During a time when so much felt uncertain, that level of responsiveness made a huge difference.

One of the longest and most frustrating parts of the process was securing engineering plans. By the end of the project, what started as a professional relationship turned into a genuine friendship. That says everything about the kind of person he is.

I highly recommend Mr. Fernandez and his crew. Not only for the quality of their work, but for their dedication, and the care they showed us during such a challenging time.

The company was incredible to work with. From the beginning phase of the blue prints down to the very last details of the build. Not at all what I expected as I always thought construction was one issue / delay after another but "not" the case for me with CF construction and remodeling. It's one thing to hire someone to do a job but it's a totally different experience entirely to have someone guide you along your way to building your very first home. It's difficult to find someone to come out to do an estimate for my kitchen remodel. I tried several contractors all them never pick up the phone, return messages or email. Claudio picked up the phone immediately we had a conversation about what I wanted to do. He came out the next day took measurements and explained the entire process. He is licensed and insured, very knowledgeable, honest and has all the right people in place to do the job, drywall, plumbing, electrical and design. Give him a call you won't be disappointed.

I had a major remodeling that had to be completed within four months as my family was renting and expensive large home. We had to destroy the driveway, garage, kitchen, a bathroom and all the tile in our common areas (Living room, Florida, hallways, and of course the destroyed kitchen & bathroom). In addition, we had to re-pipe all of the sewer as the pipes had busted.

Claudio said he could have it all done within 4 months and he was true to his word. He adjusted to the many expected surprises when remodeling an old home like electrical paneling having to be replaced, garage and kitchen configuration needed to be change to be brought up to code, kitchen manufacturer made mistakes, etc. Through it all, Claudio was honest and straightforward as to the situation and pushed everyone hard to get it all done in 4 months.

I highly recommend CF Construction for any work you have large or small.
