Terrible experience. I contacted this company because my AC kept shutting off. Their technician came out, briefly looked at the system, and concluded that the issue was related to the thermostat app disconnecting. He downloaded the app, did nothing further, and charged me $150 for the visit.
Shortly after he left, the AC shut off again. I called a different company, and they immediately identified the real problem—a clogged drain line—which they fixed on the spot.
I reached out to MKC several times to request a refund for the incorrect diagnosis and unnecessary charge. However, I’ve been repeatedly told that “the owner is busy,” and my concerns have been ignored for several days.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience with their poor service, incorrect diagnosis, and lack of accountability. This is nothing more than a scam business.
