Will be using MKC. Quick response times. They got to my place in under 2 hours. They submitted a COI to my condo management. And fixed my dishwasher issue quickly!

Johnny and Robert were genuinely impressive. They showed up knowing exactly what they were doing, handled everything with confidence, and were just plain awesome to work with. Super educated, super professional

This company is not reputable and does not complete the work you pay for. Supposed to have a well pump replaced and 4 days later it still is not replaced even though the company removed my old pump and started to install new pump. Communication is non-existent and they do not follow up or respond. I do not recommend this company and be aware they are not worth contacting.

I spoke with Johnny, a technician, this morning, and also with the MKCPlumbing Dispatcher. I was super-impressed with both. The dispatcher responded promptly to every question. Johnny is terrific, has deep knowledge, is also super nice, super flexible, super accountable.

Julian was great at getting out new shower fixtures and drain installed! He was timely and efficient and everything turned out perfect

I had a great experience with MKC South Florida. They showed up quick for a service call on my toilet, fixed the issue right away, and they worked clean. The guy was very professional throughout the whole process and the price was fair. Im already planning on having them come back on some bathroom upgrades. Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing violation at my home that caused a lien to be placed on my property. I contacted MKC South Florida Plumbing, and they handled everything from start to finish. They quickly identified and fixed the plumbing issue, pulled all the necessary permits, and made sure everything was brought up to code. Thanks to their work, I was able to get the violation cleared and have the lien removed from my house. The team was professional, efficient, and really knew what they were doing. I highly recommend MKC South Florida Plumbing to anyone dealing with plumbing problems or code violations — they truly saved me a lot of stress and money!

It’s very rare I feel comfortable letting people in my house, however with this company I felt absolutely comfortable and great they did an amazing job and were very quick and well priced. Thank u. I will be calling u again in the future

This company doesn’t even deserve a one star rating from me. Their unqualified plumbers came over on October 2nd to replace my water heater, I have been without hot water for months now. Every time I call them, they give false promises just to get me off the line (Karla).

Johnny kept pushing me to make a Zelle payment, had I not used my judgement and used my credit card, I would’ve never gotten reimbursed. My credit card company refunded the funds after sending them proof that these people are scammers and unqualified. I recommend you all tread lightly before considering this company. To date, they have yet to express that they even give a hoot nor have they put in the permit application I pad for.

They had the best price compared to the other 2 companies I called for estimate. Great guys, they worked very well, was very informative with everything they were fixing, showed me and explained what they were doing. I highly recommend and will definitely continue using them.

Kevin did a shower valve cartridge replacement in my home and did a great job. He was very friendly and professional and willing to work with my schedule. I would definitely use him again.

I was really impressed with Johnny's professionalism. He was very engaged while working on my water heater, guiding me through a few steps to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately, some parts needed replacing, but Johnny quickly sourced what was necessary and got the heater up and running again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumbing technician.

I’m very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work they have provided.
I have hire them to replace floor tile in my bathroom, after removing old tile, they have found a faulty shower pan, that was leaking under for who knows how long. They have provided me with solution at affordable cost to redo my shower, now I have new shower and a beautiful bathroom.

This was the first renovation we'd ever done and it went so smoothly thanks to this company. We would definitely hire MKC again to do renovate our other bathroom in the future!

I had the best experience with MKC. I called them because I needed a bathroom remodel and they worked very well. I decided to hire them to work on the rest of my house. They are currently remodeling my kitchen and other bathrooms as well. I highly recommend this company. Professional, honest, great prices, work very clean. I couldn’t be happier with their service

This is a smaller family owned business and it shows. They lead with compassion, empathy and transparency. Fair price, fair dealing and a type of old school kindness I wish more people followed. Cannot recommend enough.

I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. I contacted them for what should have been a simple job: installing a basic plastic drain pipe under my kitchen sink. Instead, I was charged an unexpectedly high amount for something that should not have been complicated.
They sent a plumber who ended up coming to my home twice and made three separate trips to the store to buy parts. After about six hours, the job still wasn’t completed. I felt that the process was extremely inefficient and unprofessional, and I was left without a working solution despite the time and money spent.
After a week of attempts, when I asked for a refund, they preferred to send another person who completed the job in less than an hour for an exorbitant amount.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their service and pricing transparency for future customers.
