Very unprofessional, spent weeks following up on a quote to receive it three weeks after the initial visit. Called to schedule the salesman back to discuss the pricing and didn't receive a call that he wasn't going to come in. Extremely unprofessional. Stay away!

Edit 11/10/23: Business replies after 2 years. Claiming a completely different story to what happened and calling my review unethical. Too bad I can't give it a 0 star.

I don't usually like to do negative reviews. But I need to make sure no one else gets taken advantage of like I have. I hired Beautiful Outdoors to build a Pergola for me in my Backyard. I clearly stated to the company's associate that I will need to get everything approved by the association first. This was a November 2022 engagement. For the past 6 months I have been trying to get them to provide me all the necessary plans to submit to the association. After Many back and forth I decided to ask for a refund. Company explained they do not do refunds. I tried to work with them and explained since they do not do refunds I will do just the artificial turf portion instead of the pergola because I rather let them earn the deposit I paid of $5091. During that discussion they agreed but $3800 of my money cannot be used because that can only be used for Permits and Plans and tried to get another $3,000. I quickly disagreed and said please move forward with the pergola. Just today 6/1/23 after many chances given to them to get the plans they promised in order to get the project at least approved by the association I asked for a refund yet again. Now I was not taking NO for an answer. They ask for me to pass by the office to go over some expenses in order to give me a refund. Beautiful Outdoors owner explained to me that he does not give refunds and hands me a bill for $3800 for plans never given, over $3600 in expenses for my project when not even the plans where submitted and just over $5900 cancelation fee, totaling $8395 without even doing work. They actually asked be to the office not only to not give me a refund because they breeched this contract by not providing anything I needed for this project but to bill me more. I have already engaged Legal intervention. DONT BE FOOLED BY EMPTY PROMISES!!! DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Beautiful outdoors created a gorgeous modern outdoor space for me and my family to enjoy. When I began the journey of a pergola I never thought a company would take an idea and turn it into an absolute paradise in my very own backyard. Not only were they extremely professional, they were responsive and never left me with any doubt by walking me through every process of my pergola journey. To anyone who is looking for any similar service, you will choose absolutely incorrectly if you don’t go with beautiful outdoors. Very grateful to beautiful outdoors for their hard work and wonderful job.

The project manger Richard & the workers did fantastic. They were on time everyday and did a tremendous job. My family love our backyard thanks to them

Still waiting on a call back from the higher management to correct another issue of the many that I encountered when dealing with this company. Rotating group of subcontractors and zero accountability and transparency. If I can get the careless/low quality workmanship issue resolved in a way that is fair and I will edit this review.

BEWARE. 0 stars is what I would leave if it were possible. This company took my money and did not do the work promised. Look them up and see how many lawsuits they have filed against them across Miami-Dade and Broward counties from clients in similar situations. Also, check their complaint history with the Better Business Bureau. My personal experience was from January 2024. On February 8, I was rushed to write a check to them for approximately $13,400 as a deposit to begin work on my driveway. Approximately $2500 had already been paid since early January for the purpose of obtaining a permit for the work. The contract stated that the deposit was due when the contractor was ready to commence work and had the permit. Neither was true. After a lot of follow up and excuses from them, on March 11 we met with 2 representatives for the contractor who stated they would not do the project unless there was an increase in the contract price. We then told them we did not want to do business with them and wanted our deposit back. They refused to return the monies paid to them which totaled approximately $16,000. The other former clients I've spoken to have similar stories and it seems that this is the way they make their money--preying on innocent people and families who trust them and believe the lies that they tell. They state that they don't have me in their database yet the very next day I received calls and text messages from the owner, Daniel Valdes, threatening me and telling me I needed to take down the review.

Very happy with the end result and the workers were incredibly hard working and detail-oriented.

Terrible experience. The contracted timeframe for my pool installation was 4 months. It took them 16 months to complete, and that was with me pushing everyday. Within 2 weeks after completion the pool was leaking and the company wouldn't send anyone out to repair (warranty is 1 year after completion). No professionalism, never do what they say they will. Find another company. So much regret on my end for hiring them.

Signed contract in September 2023, nothing has been started. Paid initial payment and never heard from them unless I reached out. Permits were not even applied for until January 2025. The contract had a schedule but nothing has been followed. I have canceled contract , demanded the return of my money but haven’t heard back from them.
Their Facebook account has an address that doesn’t exist.
Don’t do business with this company they will just take your money and not follow through the commitments.
The salesman, employees all made commitments but never followed through with them.

Our personal experience in 2023-2024 was terrible. Same as noted by others reviewers here. Timeline was 1 month, took 3-4 months, had to call & text to have them show up, mistakes made along the way, and towards the end electrician cancelled 3 weekends straight. This company may not have the right personnel with the right experience or have to many jobs with only one crew, and once the company has your deposit they take advantage of the time and attention, attitude changes. Only showed up 4 times the first month. We are not even pushy people but towards the end, we had to call & text daily to have someone show up. Unfortunately this business was recommend by another contractor, and did not look at the reviews prior to hiring. I would not hire this company again or would recommend. Please review the business response to the reviewers below, this is exactly the attitude you will receive post deposit. They promise and don’t deliver.

The new administration is exceptional, managing to complete the project with impressive speed and attention to detail. Mr. Sanchez and his team clearly know their craft, delivering high-quality work. The new owner is highly professional and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend their services!

I am very pleased with the work beautiful outdoors performed, though many factors involved in the completion of any construction project , which make the owners upset, every project is different and has different ups and downs as one moves along, and problems are the first part of the whole completion.
Architectural planing and permitting through the city is a night mare and ends up delaying for months, obviously the customers hold it agains the construction company, not really fair to do so,
I enjoyed working with Chino, awesome guy , if you want to save a little and still get the best, you are in right hands, just be patience and work with them , they are good company,,,

My husband and I are in love with our Pergola!!! Beautiful outdoors did an amazing job! The detail, the workmanship, the electrical, the painting, my pavers. Everything was done perfect. The workers came in did their job, would clean up afterwards. A good thing to note is be specific in what you need and what they will provide. We had a slight misunderstanding but the owners were very helpful and cleared things up. I highly recommend them. I know I will be calling them back to make further additions to my Pergola.

just finished my 16 x 20 wood pergola and I’m very satisfied with the craftsman ship and end product. Sandy, my rep, was attentive and responsive throughout the process. Any concern or additional questions that I had were addressed in a timely manner.

The project Beautiful Outdoors did turned out very nice. The work was neatly done, the workers were nice. I could always get in touch with someone at the office when I needed information. They always answered and always got back to me.

Amazing system I got my virtual estimate and less than 3 weeks ago my HOA was approving the plans and they finish within the time frame of 5 months we discussed and I loved my new pool

Initially, I was concerned that I would not be able to find a company that could restore a pool that has been deteriorating for over 20 years within my budget. Thanks to Beautiful Outdoors, we were able to enjoy the pool in a few months and the staff was helpful with addressing all of my concerns.
