They were transparent and responded to all of my concerns. The timelines were completed as they said they would and now I am absolutely in love with my back yard! With kids in the house and the weather in Miami a pool was a dream that Beautiful Outdoors made a reality. The pool was with water, lights, pump and heater at the time provided as Estimated Time of Completion. For every other matter such as the security fence the team at Beautiful Outdoor assisted providing information on high quality services. Since it is a salt water pool, the initial care was planned, covered, and explained in advance by the company to ensure materials conservation. The materials for the stunning pool and the outstanding Pergola were handpicked to meet expectations after prior conversation and recommendations.
Communication with new management is outstanding, every question is answered with tremendous kindness and professionalism, follow up visits to oversee equipment functioning and customer satisfaction is on demand. I definitely recommend Beautiful Outdoor.

I’m someone who always tries to think the best of the people I work with. I understand that mistakes happen, and I usually give the benefit of the doubt. But hiring Beautiful Outdoors has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made — and I want to help others avoid the same mistake.

I signed a contract with Beautiful Outdoors for a pool, spa, and pergola project. I paid the required 20% deposit, and then waited for months just to get plans completed. When I finally received them, the pergola was placed in the wrong location on the property — a completely basic error that should never happen in a professional company.

Eventually, the correct plans were approved. I paid an additional 20% to begin construction. I asked them to coordinate the pergola and pool work together — but right away, another major issue arose: the pergola as designed could not be built because the column landed in front of my sliding door. This was based on their own bad measurements.

Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to upsell me with a ridiculous quote of $100 per square foot, when the contract clearly stated $35 per square foot. I asked for the engineer or the owner to visit my property to review and confirm before proceeding. It took over a month of follow-ups for them to finally show up — only to tell me again that they had to re-quote it because the design wouldn’t work.

Two months later, I’m still waiting for that updated quote. In the meantime, they demolished parts of my backyard, cut critical steel rebar, left open trenches, debris, and created multiple liabilities — all without following proper procedures. For example:
• They skipped the pressure test on the entire pool.
• They damaged existing structures that were not part of the agreed demolition.
• Plumbing work was sloppy and below standard.
• They cut existing rebar in ways that could compromise structural integrity.
• They did not put the conduits for the lights on the spa and told me they were ready for pouring concrete.

By the way, I am glad they never reached the point of pouring concrete. After doing my own research, I discovered they had already failed several inspections, including rebar, and pouring at that stage would have led to another disaster.

On top of all this, Robert (the owner) repeatedly attempted to extort money from me. One day he sent me a change order and told me that if I didn’t pay that same day, he would abandon the project for weeks. Under pressure, I paid — only to be met with more delays and excuses.

Most recently, they tried to charge me another 10% for “demo completion” — even though the deck demolition was never done, and debris was never removed. When I pointed this out, Robert tried to threaten and intimidate me again.

I’ve now spoken with the GC whose license was used and even he warned me about Robert and shared negative experiences. I’ve also kept screenshots of threatening messages, photos of unfinished work, and evidence of code violations.

This company used to have a good name years ago — but they were sold, and now Robert runs the show. He is not only unprofessional — in my opinion, he is dishonest, abusive, and a scammer who should not be allowed to operate in this industry.

If you’re considering hiring Beautiful Outdoors: don’t. You will regret it...

Your team stated the engineer’s original pergola design wasn’t feasible and then proposed changes that were never formally quoted, despite my calling you and your team for months to get the revised price. I have the full transcript of our communications and dated photos documenting payment requests and site conditions. If this continues to be misrepresented, I will update my review with those materials so other customers can see the full context.

My experience with Beautiful Outdoors has been outstanding from start to finish. My project had started with the previous administration, and for a moment I was worried it wouldn’t move forward. But once Robert Sanchez and the new team took over, everything changed for the better.

They were professional, transparent, and extremely committed. The communication was clear, the work progressed quickly, and the final results exceeded my expectations — exactly as shown in the photos I’ve attached.

I had a very bad experience with PROHOME; the person assisting me is Angella. Every time I file a claim, she denies it—regarding cabinets that are coming loose, window frames that are all warped, and loose tiles in the bathroom. When these defects were identified during the inspection, they claimed that the issues would be resolved under the warranty.
