I recently had Action Construction Inc. handle repairs due to a water leak, and they were hired through the Citizens Manage Care program. Overall, it was a positive experience. The team came in with a well-organized plan and managed all the parties involved very efficiently, despite the complexities of the project. Not everything went according to plan, as is often the case with such projects, but they were receptive to my feedback and ensured I was satisfied with the outcome.

Special shoutout to Clay for his excellent coordination between the insurance company and keeping me informed throughout the process. Enrique and his crew did quick and efficient work in removing and replacing the floors, and Roberto's attention to detail was impressive.

While I did compromise on a few minor cosmetic issues to expedite moving back into the house, this was entirely my choice. The team was very accommodating throughout the process. The final walkthrough with Action Construction Inc. was thorough, and I appreciated their attention to detail.

One area for improvement could be conducting a walkthrough with the working staff and subcontractors before involving the client. This would ensure all parties are on the same page and potentially catch any issues before the client review.

When you realized more sand bags were needed you drove in the rain storm to get more. Additionally, I thank you for demonstrating excellent communication. When you realized that you were going to be late for the appointment you called me in advance to forewarn me. You communicated when you were on your way, when you left the house to get more sand bags, and when you were departing the home. I appreciate your attention to detail, excellent communication, and professionalism.

We communicated frequently throughout the process and I appreciate you always keeping me informed. Today, you came to take the equipment out and when I went into my bathroom it was extremely clean. There were no remnants of tape or debris. Throughout the process you were always on time and made sure I was aware that you were on your way. I contacted Action Construction after a tree trunk fell on my roof damaging the exterior border of my roof. Maurice from Action Construction came out to assess the damage and took a few pictures. It wasn't long after that they sent the team over to fix the roof. They did an excellent job, even went above and beyond and replaced the damaged beams, matched the carpentry work exactly, painted the underside of my roof, and laid new shingle on the top side. I came back from a weekend away to a brand new roof.

I had a leak in my bathroom. I worked with Bettina Soto from Action Construction and cant thank her enough for her excellent service and attention to detail. When my ceiling was dry she carefully removed the equipment and cleaned the area. I was not expecting that kind of service and extremely grateful for all her help during my stressful water emergency.
