Following water damage to my home. Action Construction was assigned to help with water mitigation. They were quick to respond and assist in helping remove water damage to the home. When I needed questions answred Bettina was very responsive to all inquiries no matter the time of day. Great experience overall.

Andrew and his team were professional and efficient from start to finish. Prices were reasonable and they would show up when they said we’re going to. That’s huge when working with miami contractors! Waylon and Raidel were great to work with and helped me not be so anxious about my roof leaking. Everything is fixed now and next time I need repairs or renovations, I know who to call.

We hired and gave a deposit to Kelly,and seemed like a professional business and turned out to be completely the opposite,no punctual
meeting times,and never showing up.

Action Construction never fails to deliver on services. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recently my water heater leaked and water flooded an area of my own. In no time at all, Action was on-site to setup equipment and clean up the damage. Their timely efforts saved my flooring, etc. I highly recommend Action Construction.

Great service from start to finish! We hired Action for our dry out as we had big leak at our shop. It was an emergency call on a Saturday. They were quick to send staff. Set up was efficient, they made sure all the lines were taped down for safety & they checked in regularly to see how drying process was going. Everyone on their staff was courteous & professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They also facilitated paperwork to landlord & insurance. They keep very detailed reports of everything. Overall we were very happy & would highly recommend.

Amoury did a great job on a mold remediation in my master bathroom. They were on time and did the job quickly and correctly.

Due to Hurricane Milton’s savage wind destruction in the Tampa Bay area, we worked with Action Construction to get a 20’ tree off our roof. I cannot recommend them highly enough! When they arrived, their team was quick, organized, and incredibly tidy during the tree removal process and subsequent debris cleanup.

Kelly, in particular, stood out for her unwavering focus on customer resolution. She handled my scheduling frustrations with great empathy and made sure to follow up with me throughout the process, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. Her communication was outstanding, and it truly made a difference in my experience.

Despite some initial—and understandable— delays, my overall experience with Action Construction was excellent (we had back-to-back hurricanes and so much of our Tampa Bay community is hurting at this time). Their team's commitment to customer service and quality workmanship is commendable. I wholeheartedly give them five stars!

Action Construction saved my home after Hurricane Milton. We had a huge water oak come crashing through the house. They mitigated the damage and worked with me and the insurance company to get everything back to good. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and I'm so glad to have our house back.
