I would first like to say if anyone is looking for an upholstery cleaner and wants a fair honest highly professional person you really should call Daniel...he always responded to any message right away..if he quoted a time he was punctual...and when he said will call half hour in advance he was prompt ...my son was very happy with his almost new looking mattress and couch and saved on not needing to buy new..i wll definitely recommend Daniel to friends and will use is services again

I just have one word "WOW" such an amazing job. My sofas were really dirty with stain and all. I was thinking about buying a new one, but after such an amazing job I dont have to. They look like new, even a couple of my family member though I had bought a new sofa. I will definetely recomend Daniel and will continue to use him in the future.

Excellent experience with Miami Upholstery Cleaners. I needed my sofa and a few other pieces of furniture cleaned professionally so I requested the services of this business. They were very prompt and professional, and left my coaches super clean. I will be using their services on the regular basis from now on.

I did a lot of research looking for a reliable company to clean our white couch and am very glad I found this company (specifically Daniel)! He is very honest and professional. I definitely recommend him!

Contacted him 4 days before job. Sent photos of everything that needed to be cleaned. In text I clearly said sectional couch (which means large, and not a sofa or love seat, 15 chairs, 4 bar stools and two long ottomans. When he arrived he said it would cost almost twice the price ($540), claiming I didn't tell him about bar stools or how many chairs, but I did. He also complained about the light color of the leather even though it's obvious in the photos. He claimed the job would take 20 hours. Most importantly, he insulted me constantly and was confrontational the entire time. He said "are you in sales because you are very good at nitpicking" even though I kept offering him to do less and less (only the most important pieces) for the same price. He made insults about my knowledge of couches and how only he knows this stuff because it's his specialty, but then told me I could easily get someone else out today to clean it. He said he would just leave and not charge me for 2 chairs cleaned and the one cushion he tried to clean, then I insisted I pay for the little work he had done saying "I don't want you to work for free." Then he left without saying bye after cleaning one chair properly, leaving me hanging with only one day left to get it cleaned before we leave. The entire interaction was unfair because I was in fact very reasonable even in the end offering him to only do 1/4 of the chairs and 1/4 of the couch for the increased $540 price and he refused rudely, saying my attitude was wrong.

Excellent job!! Very happy to have found this company! He is proud of his work and makes sure you're pleased with the outcome! I loved the fact that he was able to quote my job immediately by getting a picture via text messages! Very professional and puntual!! I Totally recommend him!!

Daniel saved my couch from the landfill. Almost gave up hope on it untill he made it look brand new. This couch has definitely been used to its maximum potential and now has been given new life! I am SO happy with upholstery cleaning Daniel did for me today. I desperately needed to clean my white leather chairs and they look like new! Daniel was a pleasure to work with and was very flexible to come out on a Saturday morning to fit my busy schedule. He was easy to communicate with and kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival and what to expect. Once he arrived he went above and beyond to really clean out every nook and wrinkle in the leather. I've used Daniel twice now in late summer 2019. Both times I was happy with the service. The first time was to clean a cloth sofa. The second was to clean 8 felt-like dinner chairs. He was easy to schedule. He showed up on time (which is unusual in Miami Beach). He set appropriate expectations for what he could and could not accomplish with the cleaning. He then delivered on those expectations. He was easy to pay. He was cost-effective. And all-around, he was pleasant to work with. And though I hope not to _need_ him again, I will definitely use him if I do. :-)
