My family was moving to miami for the season and we had 10 people staying with us and needed help with cooking as it was new years and most of the restaurants were full and it was difficult to get a table for 10. I called Mica and she immediately got one of her chefs Kate to help us. Kate is the ultimate professional. She got all the ingredients and cooked us 2 restaurant style meals with appetizers, 2 salads, a fabulous entree that was tasty and healthy and finished the meal with dessert which is her special forte. It was so seamless that we didn’t even know she was at home cooking. Left the place spotless. We plan on using Kate for a weekly meal plan and for parties. I would highly recommend Mica and her service. She is extremely responsive and follows up anticipating all our needs. She is our Man Friday in Miami. Thx Mica.
