From day one, Excellent Pool Service & Repair has been completely transparent and in constant communication throughout the entire process. They were contracted to replace our pool pump and the experience could not have been better. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and took the time to clearly explain the process. This was a home warranty claim and he was very patient, answering all calls and keeping us updated at all times. We pay, then they said we do t service that area. Never gotten are money back plus they never clean the pool.

I’ve have had two pools, in two of my homes for over 15 years now.

Both salt water pools, I’ve had several different pool services; due to unreliable services and honestly I was never really satisfied with the knowledge in responses to the questions I would ask about my pools and the way a salt water pool functions and should be maintained; my previous pool services just seemed to not exactly know and always guess on my questions.
