Finally, hiring someone here in Miami resulted in a great experience! They showed up as scheduled for the estimate, were clear in setting expectations, and showed up on the day and time they said they would. My house is really big, a lot of windows in hard-to-get places, and they did a fantastic job! Way better than what I expected. Cleaned the window frames, door frames, tracks, screens, everything. They brought a 3-person crew, and were very polite and respectful of everything. I wish they did other things like drywall, tiling, roofing, masonry, carpentry, etc., because I would hire them for everything!

Norma and team are AMAZING. They work very hard and the end product is incredible. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend!!! They also will clean your showers in addition to windows and they mop all of your balconies. Five stars!

I bought a 3 story town home this past year and had no way of cleaning the windows. Every morning, I would go downstairs and see a smoky haze like fog light and could never enjoy the beauty of the Florida sunlight, until I called VIP Windows! Norma did a fantastic job on the windows and has made them crystal clear! We have beautiful views and now we can enjoy them without the film and grime that accumulates with the changing weather. Norma is also quite kind and flexible. She arrived early and I didn’t hear her knock! When I realized she was waiting I apologized profusely. She was so generous and made me feel at ease right away. She truly went above and beyond and I look forward to working with her again very soon.
