VERY MUCH WORTH IT!!! They have everything needed and do an amazing job. We did the deep cleaning and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend using this service.

Loved working with this cleaning company! I was able to schedule the day before, they arrived on time and did the best cleaning job ever! Will definitely be scheduling regular cleanings with them.

Frida was friendly, willing and worked intelligently. I also noted that she was well trained and equipped. Definitely a credit to your business!

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever gotten. Arrived way outside of estimated timing window (was scheduled for 1 pm, they did not show until 530). I had to leave my apartment by 650 pm for an already scheduled personal obligation. They did not finish their cleaning, I could have done a better job myself, and the owner did not do anything besides give me $20 off while they were hours and hours late and did not nearly do as good of a job as they could. Must have been nice to be the prior appointment where they used all their good cleaning skills and spent extra hours there so my services were screwed up. The owner had 0 sympathy and thinks its just part of the business and totally okay that they were late and did not spend the accurate amount of time. I wish I could give them 0 stars because the service was atrocious.

I’ve used Maid SVC many times and they do a good job cleaning, however the management and customer service is horrible.

I booked a morning cleaning appointment, and when the maid was a no show i was not offered a discount. I rescheduled for later that afternoon, and they were late.
My entire Saturday was spent waiting for the cleaning crew to come.

Management took no responsibility, claiming “it was out of their control” but they offer nothing to make up for bad customer service.

I have dealt with additional no shows from this company in the past - they are simply unreliable, and do not care about the customer experience.

We had our second visit from the Maid Svc, and I have to admit that the service is excellent. They are professional, their work is fantastic, and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend their business to anyone without hesitation.

I have been using Maid in Brickell off and on for the past couple of years. Due to travel, etc I have not used the service recently until today. Edelma did a stupendous job cleaning my apartment. I’ve always had great service but after not having it cleaned for a while really appreciated Edelma’s work. Thank you! Will be back more regularly!

Our visiting maid was a thorough professional. She had all the equipment and materials and was super diligent in cleaning the home. Have used multiple digital cleaning services and team Maid Svc has been the best overall provider!

We have been recommending Maid SVC to our residents, and I recently had my apartment interior cleaned. The booking time was from 1-3pm and she showed up right on time at 1pm. She was extremely friendly and made my apartment sparkle. I have never seen my apartment so clean. I will be using them again in the future! The entire process was so easy, and i cannot recommend them enough!

Very reliable cleaning service. Highly recommend them for regular cleanings, and especially if you need your apartment or house cleaned before moving out.

Called last minute on a Thursday morning and they were able to send two cleaners to do a full day of move in cleaning including all the windows. The owner stopped by to check up on them and helped out as well. Amazing, polite, and very thorough cleaning I highly recommend and will be using them regularly now!

I recently used this home cleaning service and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the cleaning team. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous and respectful. The cleaning itself was excellent. My home has never looked better.

We had our house deep cleaned. The floors were squeaky cleaned and all our kitchen appliances were shining like brand new. The lady who cleaned our house brought her own materials and everything she used was brand new, single used items. I’ll definitely use their service again. It was top notch and worth every penny.
