VR Green Cleaning's air duct service was really helpful in making the air feel cleaner and fresher around me. I think they are one of the most dedicated and committed people in their DC team!

10/8/24 UPDATE:
At my first appointment, Oscar was really kind and friendly, which I really appreciated (and still do). I am grateful for his customer service. However, after the couch was cleaned, the smell of dog was still there, even though he had deep cleaned and shampooed the couch. He said the shampoo would ensure that the smell would never come back, and that was guaranteed. He also said at that appointment that if the smell returned, someone from VR would come back and clean it again for free. I reached back out to have someone come back because the dog smell was still on the couch after it dried, but after waiting for two weeks, nobody has scheduled an appointment to come back despite the smell. We had to take matters into our own hands, and spend even more money with someone else. Very unfortunate that I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 2.

I had an excellent experience with Sultan from VR Green Clean Services. He arrived right on time and treated my home with great care. He managed to remove all the stains, and my carpet now looks as good as new! VR Green Clean Services truly lives up to its reputation for professionalism and quality. With their specialized equipment and products, Sultan worked efficiently, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for expert carpet cleaning.

Oscar VR Green Cleaning did a great job cleaning a very dirty carpet. He came on time, worked fast and did a great detailed cleaning!

Flipp did an outstanding job of cleaning our mattress and oversize sectional. I was really impressed and it took absolutely no time. We were moving in and wanted everything deep cleaned after coming for storage and moving across states. We decided to have him come back to clean two more rugs. You will not be disappointed!

- Value: 3 stars (they're not the cheapest and they're not the most expensive; also, they didn't try to upsell me or change the initial quote which was good)

Their technician, Oscar, was great. He was responsive and did a great job with the carpet cleaning. He showed up on time and texted me to confirm the job the day before. He also provided Before and After photos when requested. I give him 5-stars. But the "corporate" owner was not very responsive and required a lot of prompting to get him to respond (which he did not do much at all). If you can deal with someone not being very responsive or communicating or confirming schedules, then I'd recommend their service. If you're looking for a company that's more professional, communicative, and proactive, you might want to look elsewhere. This is why I'm giving this business 4 stars instead of 5.

Fantastic experience with Oscar at VR Green Cleaning. He was very communicative and efficient with his work. I would recommend using them for any carpet cleaning project. We have some tricky stairs and he cleaned them very well.
