You know, I used these guys three times. Twice at my place and once at a unit I manage. I was happy the first time around and from what i know the tenant was happy but they came again last month. Same guya nd everything and also very nice but after he left, my place kept smelling like mildew. Just not a good smell. I thought it might be spoiling food at first but couldn't find any. Or maybe my 4 year old hid some food some place and now its reeking.. No idea but after i got a second opinion, I was told it was the carpet! So I called them last Wednesday and told them the issue. He was suppose to have someone come the next day between 12-4 according to what he told me. No one ever showed up. When I called, he said I was "on standby" so no guarantee .. I was upset because that wasn't what he said when I called the day before, but non-the-less, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to let them come Friday same time frame. Someone called me at 1:30, didn't leave a message or send a text and i was on the other line when I got off, I called the number back seeing as I had no idea who it was and it was maybe 10-20 minutes later. The guy said since i didn't answer they went to another job. Again that wasn't the deal. I never asked for a follow up call. So he should have just headed to the place and had I not been there then I can see them now washing their hands of it. But no! So, the guy said the manager would call me back to reschedule. That was 5 days ago. I will not be calling them back and I will not use their services. Which is unfortunate for them since I am a property manager and they could have continued to get a lot of business from me.. real shame. This was on groupon and they offered me the deal if I just paid directly with them so I did.

They came back and did a great job on redoing it. I spoke with a manager and she was very nice and concerned. I would use them again.

Great company. I got serviced today. The technician was very respectful and courteous. Arrived on time, and did a helluva a job. Got my air duct and vents cleaned. Right away noticed the difference. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I used this company to do my entire apartment and the two young man that the owner send ( Alex and Matt ) were amazing !!!! They moved furniture and put everything back to place without a complaint. They left my floors beautiful!!! I highly recommend this company.!!!

Fresh Cleaning Management was a great business for me. They showed up on time to give me a frer quote and they showed up on time to do the work. It took exactly the amount of time they said it would and my grout came out absolutely perfect. Definitely would recommend this company to clean your grout

Extremely disappointing. Never again. Scheduled an appointment for 12-3 on Tue to clean grout in my living room. Whole day waiting. Earliest time to rescheduled is for Thu 8-9am - 2 days later. Workman was send to an address in Fort Lauderdale, which is 20 miles from where I live. Arrived at 10am. Result: grout is not cleaned evenly - there are light spots and dark spots - I questioned before the workmen left and he said it just needs to dry. It dried and is still spotty. Final touch - my floor is greasy and slippery.

Fresh Cleaning management did an amazing job on my carpets. The service was quick, they came next morning and removed problem spots another company couldn’t. They look good as new. Prices were very reasonable as well. Def will be calling back again.

Very punctual, and amazing service. My sofas were extremely stained and messy, and they we’re cleaned like new afterwards. And amazing job was done on my rugs, I am definitely going to recommend them to my family.

I’m happy with this company for my pressure cleaning. I’ve used Fresh Cleaning Management about 3-4 times now over the last few years to pressure clean my driveway and the steps to my front door. They use a strong pressure cleaner and they consistently show up on the scheduled day. The work always comes out looking great. I’ve worked with other companies who don’t have the same equipment and the quality of the work is not as nice as with Fresh Cleaning Management. I feel confident recommending this company.

I have never written a single review in my life, even for the worst service experience, because I do not have the time but I felt compelled to write a review so that I may spare the public from dealing with a dishonest and thieving company which offers the worst quality work that I have seen. They not only do not observe their own contract, they overcharge, put new charges, and they do not complete their work. The work they do is very shoddy. If you call them to try to have them make corrections to their work, they are impolite and unprofessional. They demand that payment is made same day the work is done, even if it is not completed, because in their own words they have lots of problems with not getting paid. This should have been a red flag to me right away. They refuse to allow us to inspect their work before demanding the payment and if we don't pay at the end of the night they called me 20 times even though it was 10 pm at night. Then they threaten to charge $25/day as a late fee if the payment is not made at the end of the day, even though we have not had a chance to inspect their work. They charged our condo association for 4 floors even though the building has only 3 floors. They put charges on my credit card without my authorization for items which were not on their contract.

If you are looking for workers who will treat your home like their own (or better!) this company has you covered. My ducts were cleaned and the duct covers washed; my wool rug is as fresh as the day we purchased it. Can’t wait to have Fresh Cleaning back to do my couches! And the price? - so reasonable.

We are completely satisfied with the work that was done! Very professional, clean, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We have gotten compliments on the beautiful tile asking if we put in new tile! I highly recommend Fresh Cleaning Management Company. The woman who answers the phone is pleasant and efficient. The technician who came to clean our couch and chairs did an amazing job. They were half the price of Stanley Steamer---I could not be happier and will use them again.

They seemed alright at first. But they don't really spend the time necessary to do the job properly. Anne wouldn't admit that their "way" was not the right way. Not a fan. Had to extensively discuss with them that there man wasn't using the product correctly. Finally, they caved and had their man wait till 2 hours for last coat of sealent. Their man was applying a coat every 15 mins. That seem right to you, when manufacturer suggest 2 to 6 hours? Cobble lok. Look it up.
Anyway, we'll see with time. It looks fine. Their man was courteous. But no apology or thank you. Whatever. I give 2 stars because I'm hopeful they learn.

We had an excellent experience! We were in a tight spot and needed our sectional cleaned the same day. The person who answered the phone was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit us into their schedule, even on short notice. She provided us with a time frame and kept us updated throughout the day on the technician’s arrival. When the technician arrived, he immediately got to work and did an outstanding job—our sectional looks brand new again. The fast, efficient, and communicative service was truly appreciated. We’ll definitely be using their services again!

After reading the negative long book report left by a customer, my experience was best service ever! The owner came and quoted me a good price to clean my tiles. He sent Alex, the technician came to my house which is 2,490 sqft and brought life back to my tiles from dirty nasty to sparkly clean. He did an amazing job. He also gave me tips on how to properly keep tiles looking clean. I personally recommend this company to bring life back to your dirty your floors.

We hired them to clean some high traffic carpeted areas plus a tiled kitchen floor. They came in and did a great job on both. Like night and day great. Their price was very reasonable. They were quick and efficient. We are happy with our newly cleaned floors. TY

We hired Fresh Cleaning Management Co. to clean a Restoration Hardware Cloud Sofa and a queen-sized upholstered headboard.

To be fair, the technicians arrived on time, the price was reasonable, and the sofa came out beautifully. The issue arose with the headboard. We explained ahead of time that both pieces had been in storage and might require more than one pass to ensure a proper clean. As the headboard dried, water rings began to form. This is a very common issue with linen/canvas upholstery and can usually be corrected with a couple of additional passes, proper extraction, and fans to ensure even drying.

When my wife called to explain, the office representative immediately denied that it was possible, claiming their cleaning was “perfect” and insisting we must have caused the stain ourselves. Rather than listening, she grew defensive, raised her voice, and refused to acknowledge our photos and videos of the before-and-after condition. She even accused us of “doctoring” the photos and flat-out refused to send anyone back. We asked for a supervisor or owner, but she refused and spoke over us at length, making the conversation extremely frustrating.

What should have been done:
• Acknowledge that water rings on RH linen/canvas are common.
• Offer a follow-up cleaning to re-wet the panel evenly, use proper extraction, and dry with fans (an industry-standard solution).
• Treat the customer with respect and professionalism instead of dismissing their concerns.

Had the company simply listened and returned for a short secondary visit, this review would be very different. A small fix became a big problem because of poor communication and denial of responsibility.

For the benefit of future customers and the company itself, here are the straightforward steps that solve this problem:
1. Vacuum and spot-test before cleaning.
2. Re-wet the entire panel lightly with distilled water to blend out rings.
3. If needed, use a mild vinegar solution to dissolve mineral lines, then rinse with distilled water.
4. Dry evenly with towels and fans to prevent new rings.
5. Call in an IICRC-certified upholstery cleaner if the issue persists.

The update on this as I am editing three days after the interaction. We hired a new company (Larrys Carpet Care) I highly recommend them. They fixed the headboard and extracted what they described as “degreaser and an ungodly amount of product.” They also said that whoever did the previous job should be placed in “upholstery cleaning jail.”

Happy ending is it is cleaned and fixed.

It’s a shame, because Fresh Cleaning handled the sofa well—but the refusal to address the very fixable issue with the headboard and the unprofessional customer service left us with no choice but to share this experience.

We had an amazing experience with Fresh Cleaning Management! For an unbeatable price, we got our whole second floor and staircase cleaned. The carpet hadn’t been cleaned in three years—and it showed. When we saw the results, it was incredible. All I could think was, why hadn’t we done this sooner?!

The reason is simple. The first time we cleaned the carpet was six months after it was installed. We used Stanley Steemer, and they charged us THREE times more than Fresh Cleaning. The final fee also ended up being significantly higher than what was initially quoted. The whole experience left such a bad impression that we didn’t clean the carpet again for three years—even with two small children in the house.

By contrast, our experience with Fresh Cleaning was completely different. The price was reasonable, the job was thorough, and the pricing was transparent. It was easy to communicate with Ana both over the phone and by text whenever we had questions. Booking the appointment with her was also very easy and pleasant.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Now that I’m not afraid to get my carpet cleaned again, it definitely won’t take me three years next time.

After years of normal wear and tear on my carpets, they had become incredibly dull. I decided it was time to deep clean them professionally. This company exceeded the expectations that I had of them. The crew was very enthusiastic about the job and indeed got every single spot out of my carpets. Not only that, but they picked up one of my runner rugs and deep cleaned it as well, returning it to me looking perfect. The phone call from the company was great throughout the entire process.
