Our technician was Philip. He is very respectful and professional. He does good work. We had our entire house cleaned. 90% of the house looked great. But one room was looking even worse then before the clean. (It’s our highest traffic room and unfortunately the quality of the carpet is not great)

I reached out to the company concerned and they sent Philip back the next day. He cleaned the entire rug again, and did our couch as a courtesy for the trouble. I tried to pay him for gas and his time and he refused. He genuinely wanted us to be happy.

We had self cleaned our carpets for over a year, so there was a lot of work to do. I’m glad I reached out because our carpet looks great and I will be doing regular cleans with VR Green Cleaning.

Anatol did a great job in steam cleaning 4 rooms. It does take 6-8 hours to completely dry on a warm 80s day. I wish he brings a floor fan to help dry but we are happy with the result.

We had two couches and two fabric chair set that was off white and we just wanted to freshen up but we decided to get a deep cleaning and glad we did since the water was so dark and dirty in the end. Filipp was on time, professional, and thorough to clean everything requested. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience. Sold his services as $33 for 1 room then jacked the price up to $80 when he got here. He made all kinds of excuses for raising the price. 24 hours later, the carpet was still wet.. He ruined my carpet as per the pictures, and when we booked an appointment to fix it and I asked about the price to fix the carpet, he stopped responding.

A viscose rug at home needed careful cleaning, and finding the right service was important. The team explained their viscose rug cleaning process and handled the pickup smoothly. After about a week, the rug was returned in good condition. It looked clean, smooth, and the shine was still there. No damage at all, which was my main concern.

Mike was wonderful. My couch was covered in stains from my own attempts to clean it, so I got it cleaned this morning. He was professional, punctual, efficient and thorough and he even gave me some cleaning tips for the future. He did everything in less than an hour. The First Gentleman that came to my house was very nice and informative and he sent me a worker to clean my window. He was not friendly and I tried to talk to him about the service and it seems like I was bothering him. Did not like his attitude toward me and my husband. Maybe next service I will get someone with a better attitude.

They did a fantastic job on my windows. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows cleaned. The whole staff from top to bottom is A+. Definitely consider them when needing window cleaning.

We just had our house windows cleaned by this company. Benjamin, one of the co-founders came by as his people were working in the neighborhood and we agreed to have them do an estimate. It was very reasonable and he arranged for the work to begin the next day. Ruben was their technician who had a very fine eye for detail and did a great job. Our window frames and garage door look like new. I would definitely recommend them and also wanted to mention the other founding partner, Thomas, came by at the end to ensure we were pleased. Nice to see the partners involved in the day to day. Apparently they also do pressure cleaning (without any harmful chemicals to minimize damage to the environment and vegetation) and we may use them for that at some point in the future. Very, very satsifed.

Great team at Optimity Window Cleaning. Eli, Thomas, and Hardy were professional and coordinated service quickly and efficiently. The windows and doors look great. It's a good value when you spend so much to upkeep your property.

OMG such a great service from start to finish was a great experience!! Starting with the sales rep to the cleaner it was great. We need sunglasses inside our house since windows are so bright and clean. You'll thank yourself you hire them to do your windows.

Prompt response to inquiry. On time. Very reasonable pricing! Clean windows, hurrah! The salesman was knowledgeable and personable. The tech was neat. He opened all the screens to get the windows cleaned on the outside. Then he went around and made sure they were all closed and locked. The entire experience was great! Highly recommend!!

Sorry but you did a poor job. No ladder, having to climb up on exterior sills! Did not use soap? Brush did not clean corners, asked them to clean all the "missed" areas they then did it by hand with steel wool, it removed some but the windows and doors are nowhere near clean or done right. There are approx. 15 opening one man was here for maybe 2 hours... did not dry the windows so they will have water spots, was not a through job by any means. I paid them $255.00 so i did not have to argue with the young man that did not speak much English. My time is needed to work at my job not argue with street door to door solicitors. We tried but they failed. Would not recommend them. i would guess as a Contractor if I had my men do this it would take two men most all day to do this correctly with cleaning chemicals, rages, brushes, squeegees, razor blades, and "ELBOW GREASE"....NOT TWO HOURS for 17 openings and no ladders! If you want a better review make an appointment to return and do it the RIGHT WAY, NOT THE MIAMI WAY!
