These young cats are ready to clean your windows. Partner and front man Eli sold me on the service while explaining what would and what would not be cleaned. Make sure you know exactly what they are providing so you won't be disappointed later.

One of the technicians, Vlad, showed up at my door
15 minutes prior to our agreed upon appointment time. His punctuality was a welcomed surprise. I forgot for a moment that I was living in Miami.

Two and a half hours later he declared himself finished. After reviewing his work, I pointed out some spots which I thought needed more attention: window frame corners. He revisited all the windows again and cleaned the corners more intensely. There were some spots on my window frames (not my windows) that could not be completely cleaned and might perhaps require a pressure washer, a special descaling cleaner, or special tools to make them look like new again.

Vlad later pointed out that some of the scaling or staining on the window frames could not be removed with the Windex and cloth he was using. Again, I imagine a special descaling chemical of some sort might be needed.

Also, Optimity does not clean the weep holes in your window frames, so you might want to clean those out before you call for an appointment.

Nor does Optimity bring a shop-vac with them to vacuum out crevices and grooves within the window frames. Vlad did clean them the best he could though with his rags and crevice tool.

Additionally, Optimity will not be able to clean away any mold that might have infiltrated the caulking around your window frames. I don't know what to do about that.

My exterior window frames had not been cleaned for quite a while prior to the arrival of Optimity, so it's my fault that they will require additional specialized cleaning. General maintenance of all things, including windows, is a good thing.

Also keep in mind that Optimity will not be pressure washing your windows - which is also a good thing. The last company that pressure washed my house managed to remove some of the paint from my window frames. I have decided to repaint them in the near future.

Optimity uses specialized equipment which involves some sort of cylinder and brush system which connects to your garden hose. I stayed in the house most of the time, so I didn't really get to see this device in action.

Overall, I would recommend Optimity Window Cleaning. Just be sure to know what you are buying and inspect the results thoroughly before paying.
Also, take a good look at your windows and window frames to see if you need to perform any special tasks before calling Optimity for an appointment.

Nice young man going to door to door which I appreciate- he was very professional and prompt to get the service scheduled. I took advantage of a discount because his crew was in the neighborhood. I was very disappointed with the service- I sent photos over explaining that while the glass was clean for some windows, the sills and tracks had tons of dirt and looked like they hadn't been washed or even touched. Some of the windows also had dust indicating they had not been cleaned properly. He sent his contractor back out who wiped them down with a towel...

He offered to come back and clean them himself which was very professional but I declined. Given the quality of work I requested a further discount but he declined. Would have definitely used them ongoing but the quality was just bad unfortunately.

Kudos to young men making money. Shame for the quality of work. My super dirty windows got cleaned well, except for the 2nd floor, where they cleaned the windows which had six panels and , the lower four panels were cleaned perfect and the higher two were not, even in the bathroom windows. Today I opened the door to the room with the total window access and was disgusted. Last week they lowered their price because they couldn't access some windows. Today they decided not to answer my call. Mobile businesses like this that can't come to your area once they are done, is no good. Imagine if I had visitors coming in and wanted the place to look spiffy.

I was a little hesitant at first, but decided to take a chance. The company actually did a very very good job on the windows and all the glass sliding doors in my house. They were here on time and finished in less than three hours. Can’t imagine anyone else could’ve done a better job! Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish! The crew was punctual, thorough, and left my roof, gutters, driveway, terrace, and windows looking brand new. Highly recommend this company for quality and professionalism.

Nazar, the young man who performed the cleaning did an outstanding job. He did not clean the skylight on the garage roof. But it wasn’t, apparently, part of the quote I never received.

Nazar showed up unannounced at 3:30p. He did not have proper equipment to do the job, and he didn’t have a ladder (my house is two story). He finished in the dark at 7p.

As for the owners of Optimity, they did not do a good job. The three partners don’t answer the phone they have different names for each other, as if they were in a Federal witness protection program. They did not send the promised quote, nor did they confirm they’d arrive on Tuesday, nor did they advise the time window. They are unprofessional , sloppy and feel like scammers. I am unlikely to ever engage in business with them again.

I’d recommend any other window cleaning company.

This is the third time I have used Optimity Window Cleaning. They do a great job and I will use them again. Highly recommend this company. Friendly and efficient. Today I had pressure washing on all pathways.

Great experience from beginning to end. On time, great communication, and very professional, not to mention very affordable. They were careful and left everything spotless—no mess at all. Will definitely use them again!

Few weeks ago Optimity came in to clean my windows on the house. The young man who came over did a fine job cleaning the windows was very professional and he did it after the sunset because he got to the house late. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his discipline and his insistence on finishing the job, even though it was pitch black. I had previously rated this company three stars because I was disappointed in the communication by the ownership of the company and their failure to provide protective equipment for their employees. I’ve spoken to the owners. They have responded in a positive sense so I’ve increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars. They still need to work on their communication and customer service but overall I recommend them from a window cleaning standpoint just be prepared to not hear anything from them until they show up on your doorstep.

I had been using a different company for many years. When I called to schedule an appointment with a new owner and management I was told they no longer serviced Key Biscayne. I tried one other company called Pinks Window Cleaning but got too many red flags and went over to try Optimity Window Cleaning. After several conversations with Benjamin I scheduled the interior cleaning for a 2 story townhouse. It is necessary to have an extended ladder to get to a few of the balcony's. I would have to say they did a beautiful job and were very reasonable even quoting less than my former company. I will use them for the interior in the new year. I highly recommend this company. And I never had any communication problems whatsoever. In fact, Benjamin took quite a few of my calls that day of service. And I read where one review was calling them scammers, etc. They are not only professional and try very hard to make everything right and the windows looking great but they were prompt and professional.

Our windows just got cleaned this morning by Optimity Window Cleaning. I am extremely disappointed with the results of the cleaning. There are at least 10 window windows that are all smeared with water stains. The whole purpose of this cleaning was to make sure that there were no water stains left behind on the windows. Optimity highly promotes that they use a type of water that supposedly does not leave any water marks behind. In this case it didn’t work at all. I have included some pictures for your perusal.
