Leo did a great job at my house on the pavers from the front drive way to the sides of the house. He also pressure washed my entire back patio and pool deck, along with the fence around the entire perimeter. Everything came out perfect. Leo even washed down our cars at the end!! And the price was very reasonable!

Excellent service, contacted Buddy on Tuesday afternoon and his guys were here on Wednesday morning. Their truck (the “Command Center”) is completely equipped with top-of-the-line equipment that made short work of my project. They cleaned my roof (2-story home), walkway, 2-car driveway, and the sidewalk in front of my house. Everything looks awesome, far better than all of the other companies I’ve used on previous jobs. I highly recommend GWS Pressure Cleaning; you will NOT be disappointed.

Cleaned my house in Kendall, roof, driveway, gutters, windows, pool deck, external walls. In addition they cleaned the A/C and pool pump enclosures, which were not even included in the agreed upon scope of work. Punctual, efficient work, honest price. Buddy, the owner, is responsive and informative, including about the risk of some vegetation getting burned/damaged by the cleaning chemicals. Special thanks to Leo and Jorge. They were very polite, helpful moving some planters around without being asked to and displayed a positive attitude at all times. Would definitely recommend GWS.

Loved working with Buddy and Leo! We had a small area that had our original terrazzo floor that needed polishing. It had a rust stain and some concrete on the floor. The customer service was excellent. They came and made the floor look like new. There is no more rust stain on the floor and it the floor is shinny. Would highly recommend them and have to all my friends and family. I would definitely use them again. :)

Initially a poor job was done due to two careless employees. The owner contacted me directly, reimbursed me my deposit, and corrected the issue using another associate (Tom). I am pleased and will be using these individuals again for pressure cleaning services. Do not be alarmed my concrete did not cure properly when it was initially installed so it looks a little discolored.

I usually don't do reviews, but these guys did such an amazing job. I feel obligated to get on here and let people know how great their work is.. I'd called three pressure cleaning companies right before Christmas because I wanted the house clean and nice before the holiday. Number one the prices were outrageous however I called GWS and I spoke to Buddy and I got a good feeling from him. I've never done work with them before, but I thought I'd give him a try. We scheduled within the same week. They were on time, professional kind, and most of all did an amazing job. My house look completely different. They cleaned everything, nothing was left on touched. I've had pressure cleaning jobs in the past and none of them compare to GWS. They use a cleaning solution to get the house sidewalks driveway everything clean without damaging your house. This is not a fake review. This is real life experience. Look no further for pressure cleaning Company. These guys are the best. I highly respect businesses that deliver on their promise, and they did. For that they have gained a customer for life. Trust me ' I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Today I had my roof and windows pressure cleaned. The guys that came did an amazing job. They were on time and very professional.
They exceeded my expectations. My gutters were dirty and I originally didn't ask to clean them but these guys noticed they were very dirty and cleaned for me. That's what I call Customer Service.
I will continue using them and also recommending to my friends and family.

SEE UPDATE!! Prompt arrival and easy to communicate with. Pressure cleaned my metal roof, paver driveway and sidewalks. They even clean your windows! Paid attention to small things like curbing and small concrete pads. Would definitely recommend Buddy and his team.
UPDATE - a few days after the job was completed. I had numerous plants dropping leaves and dying some not even near the pressure cleaning. They need to be more careful and maybe cover some areas. They did not respond to my text with pictures of my dead plants. Use caution.
UPDATE#2 - I was contacted and was told I would receive my money back and I could update my review if I wanted. NO MONEY, NO CONTACT I didn’t ask for a complete refund, just to replace completely dead plants $75
