Highly Recommend, I have all great things to say about this team of people and their service. My first experience I had my microfiber sectional cleaned and sanitized and they brought it back to life. I’ve had them come out 2 more times since, as I have a puppy who’s had a couple accidents. Couch comes out brand new no residue no after smell. Always Friendly, on time, and willing to give maintenance tips and tricks. Great value for their service as well. I can always count on Uniclean Carpet & Upholstery! My couch looks so clean! They did an amazing job. I found them just by reading the reviews online and I never sure when it comes to reviews. Because I had to give a good review when I bought my house, although the experience was awful. I also removed that review when I move in. Anyhow, I will continued using their service! Last week I contacted Chris for a dryer vent cleaning. He responded immediately and came out the next day to meet my schedule. The amount of lint that was cleaned out was astonishing. Chris was very thorough, and knowledgeable. He was extremely polite and left everything spotless. I definitely recommend him without hesitation and will use him again.

I have been very satisfied with the work of the technician Chris, since last year when he came, he showed his professionalism. I had lost his phone number but it was a nice surprise that they keep a record of their client portfolio, they called me and now they come every year to clean the duct.

Vivs Vent Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning the vent of the house. Since we are Germans being there in time is very important, which he was. I first called a different company and, the guy said he was booked for several days and when I mentioned that this was an old building and I live in the third floor, he was not interested and he recommended me to call Chris. I called Chris knowing that perhaps an appointment would take several days. When I told Chris I was not available on Monday, he came to my apartment on the same day. Chris came and started cleaning the vents but the machine did not go through the ducts. We couldn't figure out where the ducts ended. Chris took the time to look around the building and he even he looked at the roof. Chris is very knowledgeable and very honest. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

I have to say that I was very pleased with the work Chris did today with the dryer vent. He was very professional, friendly and down to earth. We really appreciate his help. He was able to clean our dryer vent that after he left, I did a load of clothes. And the clothes was completely dried. Didn’t have to run another cycle 😊 Thanks Chris.
