Without hesitation, I recommend VIVS Vent Cleaning. I called them in the morning and Chris came on that afternoon. He was punctual and very thorough as well as explained every detail of our situation. Most importantly, he took care of the problem and very reasonable pricing.

Local, fast, professional, and friendly, this company is a great choice!. As a first-time owner of a roof-vented dryer, I was unaware that the roof vent needed to be cleaned annually. Chris removed a 2-inch thick layer of compacted lint from the vent opening, which was causing my dryer to constantly complain about a dirty filter (which was always clean) but the obstruction was actually on the roof. Added bonus: Vivs sends customers an annual reminder to schedule duct and vent cleaning.

He was punctual, very friendly, and highly professional. I would definitely recommend him.

AMAZING AMAZING WORK, but most importantly very honest and knowledgeable. After so many different calls I had to make regarding my dryer not working due to the air vent needing to be cleaned, all we got was run around, insane prices, little to no availability and someone coming out and not being able to complete the job. It took one call with Chris for him to run to us and give us OUTSTANDING service. He made sure everything was cleared out and gave us tips on how to prevent future issues. I tried cleaning the vent myself but kept getting an error code on my new dryer saying the duct was blocked so I called Chris. He came out and cleaned not only from the vent but also from the roof and found a large block. I was amazed at how much lint was in there and will be sure to call Chris for regular maintenance!
