We had a great experience using Miami Softwash and I highly recommend Jose and his team! I mirror all the five star reviews written here. Jose went above and beyond to help us get ready for a celebration at our home. The weather was not favorable and his team worked through rainy conditions to make sure the job got done and even came back the morning of the event at no additional cost to rinse all the patio areas to ensure everything was perfect. The prices are reasonable and I plan to use them for all future softwash and pressure cleanings jobs at my home. We were actually planning to paint soon as the color of our home was looking dingy and it 100% looks brighter and back to the original color!

I was looking for someone I could trust to clean my metal roof. After some searching and researching different companies, I was lucky enough to trust Miami Softwash and Pressure Cleaning. I hired them to do both of my houses in the past couple weeks. I had them clean the metal roof on one home and the Solar panels on the other home. Both houses got a wash from the rooftop down, including the windows. The driveways, patios and sidewalks were pressure washed on both homes too. The cost for both homes I thought were reasonable and I can’t speak enough about the professionalism of the two different crews that showed up to do the work. I recommend them and I will be using them again in the future.

These guys are magicians. I didn’t know my roof was a completely different color from what I saw prior to cleaning it. If you’re on the fence contracting these guys, don’t think twice and do it.
