He was punctual, polite, respectful, and professional.

I especially appreciated the follow up, since he had to come a second time, and I didn't have to call again and again, like it is, sadly, sometimes with certain people...
He is very conscientious, and his pricing with me was reasonable.

I highly recommend Vivs Vent Cleaning. I was impressed with 5 stars review and I know why now. CHRIS was very responsive and besides doing an excellent job, he provided good recommendations. I was very surprise on how much dirt came out of the ducts. Very satisfied and happy I called them. Peace of mind having the dryer vents cleaned.

We called Chris and within 24 hours he was over solving our dryer duct issue. Not only did he solve our issue, he took the time to explain to us what cause the issue and what to look out for. Super knowledgeable!

Excellent service. I had an issue with my dryer vent creating condensation and leaking in my ceiling. They came out quickly and took care of the dryer vent. I was in shock at the amount of lint was trapped in there. They were extremely professional and very clean. There was not one speck of dust left behind. Very grateful to have found them. Will definitely be adding them to my annual home maintenance routine.

I finally got around to having my dryer vent professionally cleaned, and wow – what a difference! This team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
They arrived right on time, were extremely polite and professional, and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and why it matters (turns out my vent was pretty clogged after 7+ years – yikes!).
The cleaning process was thorough – they used high-powered equipment, removed years of lint buildup (including a scary amount of compacted lint and even some bird nesting material 😳), inspected the entire line with a camera, and even cleaned out the outside vent hood completely.
Best part? My dryer now runs noticeably faster, the clothes come out actually dry instead of still damp after a full cycle, and it’s dramatically quieter. I can literally feel the difference in airflow. Plus my electric bill should be a little happier too!
These guys treated my house with respect, left everything spotless (seriously – you’d never know they were here except for the improved dryer performance), and charged a very fair price for the level of service.
If you’ve been putting off getting your dryer vent cleaned – stop waiting! This company is the real deal. 10/10 would hire again and highly recommend to anyone who wants their dryer to work like new again.

Brigida and Lydia were scheduled to show up at 9 am. Brigida arrived almost an hour early which was amazing. Lydia showed up by the scheduled time. They went right to work. No wasted time. They were thorough and efficient and did a tremendous job. It was worth every penny spent.
