Horrible service, never vacuumed pool although it was requested by me continuously, kept getting algae growth on the floor of the pool. Guys would some time show up and never do a thing to the pool. Tablets were never used, only powder chlorine would be thrown to the bottom of the pool when they decided to clean. They broke my filter gadge and not even a common courtesy call to let me know what they had done. I realized something was wrong when my pool wasn't running and turning green. Although I have pictures to proove that my pool was in horrible conditions full of algae Kevin, the owner insisted that his guys were coming and cleaning! I could do a better job of cleaning my pool!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT A FUNCTIONAL POOL!

KH pool services have been cleaning my pool for 3 years now and I must say they are friendly, responsive and genuinely does a great job keeping my pool clean. I would recommend them to anyone in Miami looking for pool maintenance services.

Kevin is the worst,
He gives Terrible customer service too!
He (Kevin) swears he comes and cleans per our schedule - I have home cameras that show he does not.
He kept asking us to up our frequency to every week when he wouldn’t even come regularly every other week.

Over the last five months we have called with concern 4 times and each time no Resolve. “Pay me to come more and it will be better” but he doesn’t show up on the schedule we have now. We have not used our pool all year, and it has steadily been green and unclean.

When he did come, he would be at the house for no more than five minutes - dump chemicals, not brush pool walls well if at all and leave so the algae could continue to thrive.

Please save your money and find someone - anyone else.

Quoted a very high price and did not look at my apartment to evaluate it.

I paid for a detail cleaning and it's true the house was pretty dirty because the previous owners left it not to clean but I specifically said I needed the oven cleaned.
I was told the stains won't come out but it would be clean when I went back to check later on I took one paper towel and wiped and as you see in the pictures this is what it was. Also my black socks were completely covered with hairs and dust just walking from the back to the front of the house.
When I told the owner about what I found she told me nothing's perfect that's why you have to have someone come every week I replied with no that's why I had a detailed clean and paid more for it and I know nothing's perfect but if you say you're going to clean the oven open it up and clean it there were crumbs all over it it was never touched. Instead of offering to come back to clean it like she had initially promised she argued with me and showed me a picture of someone that commented very good about her

I LOVE this company. Very reliable, professional and trustworthy. I was so happy with them vs. the company I most recently hired. They have the same cleaners come for every scheduled date (which is very important to my husband and I)!, bring their own cleaning products, and have a very fair price for a large home! We used this cleaning company to do a deep clean on a 4 bedroom 3-bath, 2 story house prior to listing the house for sale. This company was amazing! The quote was very reasonable, they showed up on-time and professionally cleaned the house top to bottom, helping to put the house in great condition for potential owners. I particularly liked how they cleaned very systematically wiping down and polishing all of the wood, cleaning the windows and blinds and leaving the house sparkling.
